I worked with Craig, who was very patient and helpful when it came to leasing my new integra. I did not feel pressured to do anything, and he made the process very smooth. Would recommend him to anyone! He was great, thank you for your help!

    What a disgrace of a dealership. The general manager lies to complete a sale by misrepresenting the condition of the vehicle. His manager practices the art of ignoring the customer. Spend your hard on dollars elsewhere. Do now waste your time with [non-permissible content removed]!!!

    Everyone is very kind. I was able to make the appointment on the app on my phone. Everyone was following social distancing guidelines in a way that still felt welcoming.

    I was in for service, specifically an engine warranty rebuild for 3.7 burning oil in MDX. I had to have an oil change performed and subsequent checks every 1,000 miles. Service dept are top notch professional (Chris at desk, Josh in garage). Special thanks for the 'home delivery' and corona wipe down by Chris. Above and beyond. Thank you Acura of Milford.

  • Negative Start, Positive Outcome

    I had a very unpleasant experience with a particular sales associate (Marcus Cruz) and sales manager (Aldo Garcia) throughout the car purchasing process. After speaking with Corporate I was ready to return the car and wash my hands of the dealership, but before doing so, I spoke with GM John Dembeck and Business Manager, Omar Hamad and my experience did a 180. John and Omar took ownership of the issues at hand and provided superior customer service, which turned a very negative experience into a positive one. They were courteous, understanding, compassionate and proactive in alleviating my concerns and regaining my trust for the dealership. Had they not handled the conflict resolution so professionally, I would have returned the vehicle and gone elsewhere. I am grateful for their superior business ethic and for owning the errors of their colleagues, because doing so helped to turn a negative experience into an exceptional outcome.

  • THEY STOLE MY MONEY. LITERALLY.

    Do not purchase a vehicle at this establishment. They will cheat you out of money. To make a long story short, they LITERALLY stole $500.00 from me. I was told to put a $500 deposit down on a vehicle to hold it while I went to the credit union to get a cashiers check. The salesperson said verbatim, “this is just to hold the vehicle. We’re not going to charge you”. I came back to the dealership in an hour with a check to pay for the vehicle in full. When I checked my credit card statement, I noticed they DID charge me. I left emails and called and they refused to get back to me. My credit card company took their side when I filed a dispute because they are a corporation and I’m and individual. Because this was said verbally, I have no proof of what the salesperson said. The Acura corporation said this is in the hands of the local dealer. Whatever you do, DO NOT give them your business. They are overpriced and will steal your money, literally. They are dishonest and represent the typical slimy, slick and dishonest car salesman stories that you hear of.

    I was very impressed with the pleasant, courteous and helpful stuff. Also the fact that when I went in for a recall, however mentioned and separate issue with the car, they addressed it immediately and provided a loaner car while taking care of the issue same day. I will absolutely go back.

    All the issues were addressed in a timely fashion. We were kept informed of status throughout the repair. Everyone treated us with respect. It was overall a great experience.

  • You are more than just a Number/Sale

    Ramon takes the time to talk to you, get to know you and explains things in a way that make it easy to understand specially when you are not too familiar with certain things. It was also amazing to see how Ben (the person who sold me the car) came over to assist and make sure my "problem" was taken care of. He didn't just sell the car back a few months back but he also remembered me when I came for service and talked to me. It was nice knowing that you are not just a sale but they take the time to actually continue to build the relationship. When I was very upset and angry about an issue I was having with my car both Ramon and Ben were able to explain and keep me calm with such ease and politeness. I went in for service not at all satisfied with Acura due to misinformation on my behalf and they heard me, they allowed me to calm down and worked/explained things in a clear, friendly and professional way. I initially went in to Acura regretting my decision of leasing with them and thought that I would not want to continue doing business there. It was such a comforting feeling to know they had my best interest and I now know that Acura of Milford is definitely the right choice for me.

    Chris Oglesby went above and beyond to make my experience great. My SUV needed service immediately as I was about to go out of state on a trip and a sensor malfunctioned. The repair was covered under warranty and I didn't have to pay extra for the repair or loaner vehicle while repair occurred. Chris made sure the transaction was seamless and that I was ready for my trip on time without hassle/worry. Chris Oglesby kept me up to date and informed throughout the entire process which helped to keep me at ease.

    Melissa was helpful , had good follow up and customer service skills . She introduced us to the Servive team which I appreciated . Tony did a very good job prepping my car for delivery . Financing was made easy .
