Excellent, efficient, no pressure experience at Schaller Acura

Being a first time Acura shopper I didn't know much about their product. Teri Lupacchino took the time to explain everything to me while I sat in the car playing with all the buttons and gadgets. From first internet contact Teri understood what I was looking for and had the perfect match out front when I arrived. It was love at first sight! I'm really happy with my decision to join the Acura family! Shout out to Brian Savo too for the seamless paperwork part of the experience!

I have dealt with a bunch of dealers recently in my quest to purchase a vehicle. Schaller stands out as the most professional across the board. The overarching theme and feeling that they left me with is that they are committed to customer satisfaction, with the intention on winning customers for life. Teri is hands down the best sales representative in our area. Brian worked at getting me the best financing and Gary is committed to continuing the experience from the service end (having accessories installed). I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market.

I recently purchased an Acura TLX from Schaller Acura in Manchester, CT. When I walked into the dealership a sales representative, Jeff Norwood, greeted me and my boyfriend. Jeff was friendly and extremely thorough in describing the cars and features available. He gave me room to make my own decisions instead of steering me to the most expensive option. He took me on a test drive and walked me through the cars features. This was my first time purchasing a car on my own, so a lot of basic car terminology and procedures was a foreign language. Jeff was patient and filled in the gaps. I was in desperate need of a car ASAP, so the process was brief. Jeff and the Schaller associates were able to work with me to find my car quickly and accommodate my Massachusetts car plates. I cam in on Friday and by Tuesday I had my new car. Jeff was also kind enough to walk me through all the car features before leaving the lot. If I could buy a car again, it would be from him.

Superior buying experience at this Dealership. Jeffrey Norwood was a polite, knowledgable, and highly professional Salesman. I got the vehicle I wanted, colors I wanted, and options needed with minimal fuss and no Sales pressure. Brian Shepard was the Sales Manager and equally helpful and pleasant. Brian Savo the Business Manager made the following day's paperwork efficient and easy. Overall an Excellent experience. Purchase took one hour and delivery the next day was just as quick. Well done Schaller!

This was a fast and pleasant experience. Jeff and Brian were extremely helpful and knowledgable. I do not live right down the street from them so it was a challenge to have time available to get this done. They worked flawlessly with my schedule to get this done. I used to work in this industry and these guys are top notch. I plan to recommend Schaller Acura to everyoneI can. I love the car I purchased. 2010 TSX V6.

I have bought two previous Acura TL's from other dealers in CT. My experience at both was positive. Teri (and Schaller because they have her) was better. The entire process could not have gone better period. Everyone is cordial, professional and very good at what they do. It all started with the pricing that I got from Edmunds and Teri's immediate response. Kudos and thanks!!

I just bought a 2015 Acura RDX. Teri L was our salesperson. She was knowledgeable, informative and very professional. Normally, I dislike the entire new car sales experience but this time it was a definite pleasure. There was no hard sell or pushing of extra unwanted car items.

Another satisfying experience buying an Acura

Buying our 6th Acura at Schaller Acura in Manchester was as expected - experienced, knowledgeable staff who could answer any question we could come up with! Teri L explained everything about the Acura RLX Advanced pre-sale, and when we picked the car up 2 days later, spent 2 hours going over all the features until we were very comfortable driving it home. Brian S, business manager, was professional and had paperwork completed very quickly, answering any questions we had about the various options. We have been Schaller customers since 1987 and are very satisfied with the caliber of staff, both in their sales department, and also their superior service department. Through the years we have and will continue to recommend Schaller Acura to people we know.

Although Ive been driving for over 50 years this is the first car I have bought on my own. Needless to say I was a little apprehensive as this is the first time since my husband passed I had to make this type of decision. I did some research and read some reviews and decided that Schaller Acura and James M was where I wanted to start. After our initial phone conversation and explaining my situation I found James to be very understanding and knowledgeable about the Acura products. We set an appointment for a meeting, when I arrived at the Dealership James was waiting and greeted me with a smile. We sat at his desk and spoke about my expectations and requirements for my new car. He showed me a car that I never would have selected for myself but he said that it fit all the criteria that I had told him about, a small suv? Well he was spot on! Easy to get in and out of, just the right height and not too much technical stuff. He said his mom drove a similar vehicle and she to found it to be the perfect vehicle for her. We spoke a little about pricing and such, I told him that I was not buying today he said he understood and respected my decision he was kind enough to walk me to my car and even opened the door for me. The next day I received a follow up call from James he asked if I had any further questions or would I like to drive the RDX for a second time to make sure that I was comfortable with the vehicle. I didnt need a second drive as I had already made up my mind and the rest is History. Im now driving my new Acura RDX and couldnt be happier, thanks to James! He made what I thought was going to be a dreadful experience rather pleasurable. This is perhaps the last vehicle I will ever buy, but if not I will seek James out again for help.

Last week I leased a 2013 Acura ILX. I love the car! This is my fourth Acura purchase or lease from Schaller Acura. The sales department and service deparment are both absolutely wonderful. I picked up my 4th Acura from Schallers a couple weeks ago. Schallers does not cease to amaze. The service department is top notch which is why I keep coming back, and also my sales man Joe G has been wonderful, this is my second car I buy from him. Thank you Schaller and than you Joe.

My wife and I are very interested in acquiring a new Acura but do to our schedules we havent had the chance to pull the trigger. He have been communicating with Joe S from sales, who has been nothing but courteous and accommodating. He has provided us with all the information we requested and even offered to bring a car to us (MA) for further evaluation. Second Purchase From Schaller Acura

I have purchased 18 new vehicles in my life and today I took delivery of my second Acura. In all honesty, I have never enjoyed dealing with any sales person more than Bob K. Bob is pleasant, knowledgeable, very flexible and accommodating and knows how to read a customer and adjust accordingly. He strikes a good balance of maintaining the interests of both the customer and Schaller Acura in the negotiating process. He remembered me, my wife Louise, and details about our life from our last purchase 2 years ago which makes for a very personalized experience -- very rare in today's retail world. Also worth noting: Bob makes great popcorn and never fails to wish me, "A million miles of smiles" every time we talk. Car buying can be a tense, stressful experience but Bob helps to make it positive in every possible way.

My wife and I bought a new 2014 Acura MDX this past weekend from Schaller Acura of Manchester, and I couldn't have asked for a better or more positive car-buying experience! My salesman, James M, was very professional, easy to work with, and knowledgeable about the MDX, as well as the entire line of Acura products. He was honest and friendly and truly seemed to enjoy what he does, as it showed through the entire process. Even though the dealership was extremely busy the day we were there, James was patient and made sure to answer all of our questions. The entire staff was fantastic in making the process as smooth as possible, from my trade appraisal to the sale price. We felt we got a very fair deal on both ends. kudos to the entire Schaller staff. I will spread the word about how great this dealership is with everyone I know!! Spend the last two weeks looking for a 2014 Acura MDX, and went to several Hartford area dealerships. I was also looking to trade my 2009 RX350. After driving an MDX, most of my search was done over the phone. In addition, an acquaintance suggested I call Teri at Schaller Acura in Manchester. None of the 4-5 dealerships I went to or called could match Teri at Schaller's MDX price or the trade in value for my Lexus. There was practically none of that typical dealership haggling, and Teri got to the lowest sales price/highest trade value pretty quickly (quite a contrast to the dealership in Avon, where the used car appraiser flat out lied to me to get me to their dealership). We picked up the MDX this morning and Teri was there to take us through the features of the car. Apparently the wall at the dealership is filled Teri's sales awards for a reason. Great overall experience.

An easy buying experiance

I purchased an '09 MDX Tech. from Schaller and can't say enough about how easy and quick the process went. I had called around to a number of dealers in CT, MA, NH, RI looking for the best price. Schaller had the best price in the exact color combo I wanted. I gave them the credit info over the phone and they called back 30 min later to let me know I was approved for the 2.9% financing. I then drove to the dealership (1 hr, 15 min) and met briefly with my salesperson (Brian Shepard) who introduced me to the fincance guy (can't recall name but he was great). We waited about 10 min for him to finish a call then got down to signing paperwork and giving him our down payment. No pressure, no surprises. We were in and out in about 10-15 min. Brian had brought the MDX around for us to look over and to answer questions. We had to have it registered so we could not take it home right then. However, Schaller is getting all the registrastion done for us AND will drive it to our house so we don't have to drive back to them. That is service!. All-in-all it was a quick and easy process. I reccomend them and Brian as well.
