Have been very happy with the service here for a long time. Definitely better than at Belise Ford. They are however also very expensive, so be ready for that. On the other hand it's unlikely that you will have to come back because of the same problem. Andre Green and the others work hard to make sure things get done right.

I came in with a problematic tire. Turned out to be an embedded screw. I was in and out within a half hour. And was charged nothing. Excellent service Jason Farwell!

Better than the rest!

They do a great job. Jason Farwell offers good customer service. They kept my wait time to a minimum, performed the 70k mile service, and charged exactly what was expected. I’ve been to other VW dealerships in the area & these guys are better than the rest.

I love the service at Lia Volkswagen of Enfield, CT! Not only is it a clean and professional/welcoming environment but the staff is top notch and very knowledgeable in what they do. I have been especially impressed with the care and courtesy of Chris Proctor, Matthew Doyle and William Atchison. As a returning customer, I can claim multiple testimonies of their hard work, consideration and effort in finding me the best deals they could that matched both my budget and my every day needs in a vehicle. They even found me the perfect vehicle during the pandemic and at a time when finding new and used cars on any car lot was almost impossible. It was time to replace my 16 year old car. I spoke to salesperson, Keri Kazalis, about my expectations of a newer, used car. And of course we spoke about monthly payments and what I could afford. She listened to me and took all of my expectations and finances in mind. Within a few hours, I had a newer car! EXTREMELY HAPPY!!! Keri is AWESOME!

He is always pleasant and friendly when on the phone or in person. Jason Farwell you were great!!! The team there from Managers to service, sales and service are amazing! I purchased my first VW there and even after moving to Hudson Valley, I service my car here in Enfield because I trust them. I am already looking to transition into a bigger VW since my family grew and here is where I’ll be coming when I’m ready.
