onI'm absolutely pleased with my purchase of a 2023 Chevy Bolt EUV at Riverside Chevrolet. First of all, I had reached out to inquire about models on hand, and Michael Hernandez promptly called me back a couple of days later to report new inventory with details and a price quote. Thank you! As soon as I arrived he was waiting to show me the car, and from there everything ran so smooth! Rick, the manager, met me to approve a fantastic deal. Thank you! And Derek helped me with the financials and signing. I never felt pressured. Thank you! Every interaction was respectful, pleasant, and to the point; everything I hoped for!

Extra service repair

onI’m very disgusted with their service presumed antra charges and try to get extra work due to the lack of diagnosing and not doing their job right the first time. I purchased a traverse there and always had taken my truck for service there. But my complaint is that they unsold a brake job to my wife during an oil change visit. They also recommended new tires. She got the brakes done. It not the tires. After getting her vehicle back, she noticed the filling day that her front right tire was low that displayed on her message center and that the engine light had came on. After returning the vehicle back to service, we had to leave the vehicle at the shop. 3 days later we had to call them to get an update since they did not have the courtesy to call us with an update. They told us that we had to purchase 4 tires since they cannot repair the leaking tire. I asked them to show me the mail that they had found and I asked why is the mail in the right rear and the message center shows right front? The tech said that they must have forgotten to rotate the tires, keep in mind that the tires should have been rotated during the oil change and rest to monitor the sensors. Now the engine light, they said that there had been an exhaust leak at the manifold and that there is a crack on the exhaust pipe. That would be 2200.00 for the repair. We asked for our vehicle back and did not make the repairs. I took the vehicle to Americas Tire where the tire was repaired and still had good thread. The exhaust system was fine as well after I had inspected it, I found nothing wrong and the engine light was cleared. It’s a coincidence that ever time I take it for service is that they find something else to upcharge or cause my vehicle to have faults so we pay for service that we do not need! This is so ridiculous. We now traded the vehicle and purchase another one from a different manufacturer. It’s a shame because I owned a lot of Silverados and now moving on to a different manufacturer to purchase a truck.

Good service

onWe were visiting from the east coast and needed to depart for home the next day. We called for an appointment to discover and repair the cause of the check engine light a week before our arrival. The scheduling person responded "We are not accepting reservations before December 13th." Thought this to be an odd way of saying "I'm sorry, but the next available appointment is December 13th. Will that be sufficient?" Please improve your training on common courtesy. The service representative, on the other hand, worked hard to get our needed work completed within the day so we could meet our commitments in Florida. Thanks for his help. Your waiting facilities are very uncomfortable, and listening to a program on the television that was a lousy hour-long commercial for some kind of phony pill didn't help. Please pay more attention to making visits to your dealership more comfortable.

Dealer installed options Hustle

onAfter talking to a salesman, my wife and I decided to drive down to Riverside Chevrolet to look at this car. (A 2018 Pilot EX).The salesman (Damion) assured us that the Internet price was accurate and the car was as described. We took the test drive, accompanied by a different salesman (Alfredo). During the test drive he asked if we were aware of the dealer installed option package on this car. We were not. We decided not to purchase the car because of the excessive cost of the dealer installed options that were apparently not negotiable or removable. We felt like we had been misled by the first salesman’s telephone representation and decided against buying the vehicle because it added almost $2000 to the price. Check EVERYTHING before making a trip to Riverside Chevrolet

first service

onfirst time chevy owner and brought our traverse in for its first service. check in was fine and service was fine. waiting area was not. also had two kids with me. coffee machines were broke and only 1 of the 2 tvs was working. the second tv had a kids table but nothing was on. they need to address amenities in waiting area for adults and kids.
