Extra service repair

I’m very disgusted with their service presumed antra charges and try to get extra work due to the lack of diagnosing and not doing their job right the first time. I purchased a traverse there and always had taken my truck for service there. But my complaint is that they unsold a brake job to my wife during an oil change visit. They also recommended new tires. She got the brakes done. It not the tires. After getting her vehicle back, she noticed the filling day that her front right tire was low that displayed on her message center and that the engine light had came on. After returning the vehicle back to service, we had to leave the vehicle at the shop. 3 days later we had to call them to get an update since they did not have the courtesy to call us with an update. They told us that we had to purchase 4 tires since they cannot repair the leaking tire. I asked them to show me the mail that they had found and I asked why is the mail in the right rear and the message center shows right front? The tech said that they must have forgotten to rotate the tires, keep in mind that the tires should have been rotated during the oil change and rest to monitor the sensors. Now the engine light, they said that there had been an exhaust leak at the manifold and that there is a crack on the exhaust pipe. That would be 2200.00 for the repair. We asked for our vehicle back and did not make the repairs. I took the vehicle to Americas Tire where the tire was repaired and still had good thread. The exhaust system was fine as well after I had inspected it, I found nothing wrong and the engine light was cleared. It’s a coincidence that ever time I take it for service is that they find something else to upcharge or cause my vehicle to have faults so we pay for service that we do not need! This is so ridiculous. We now traded the vehicle and purchase another one from a different manufacturer. It’s a shame because I owned a lot of Silverados and now moving on to a different manufacturer to purchase a truck.
