first time chevy owner and brought our traverse in for its first service. check in was fine and service was fine. waiting area was not. also had two kids with me. coffee machines were broke and only 1 of the 2 tvs was working. the second tv had a kids table but nothing was on. they need to address amenities in waiting area for adults and kids.
