YANG APPROVED WHEEL LOCKS FOR MY 2020 HONDA CIVIC ! I GOT TO HOS & IMMEDIATELY, I WAS GREETED, DIRECTED TO WHERE I NEEDED 2 GO AND THE PARTS DEPARTMENT PUT ON MY WHEEL LOCKS IN LESS THAN HALF AN HOUR. I WAS IN & OUT IN NO TIME. GREAT SERVICE, HAPPY WITH MY WHEEL LOCKS & HAPPIEST W MY "NEW" CAR !!!

I’m a returning customer as my first experience on my lease was seamless. At my lease end I was considering on purchasing my vehicle but did test drive the new HVR and loved the upgrades. In the end I got a great deal on the new HRV and was out of the dealer with my new car in under 2hrs. Everyone was pleasant and nice.

Daisy, Jimmy, Jeff & David were amazing to deal with. They start with a straightforward pricing, went through the details and immediately start with the financing portion. I was in and out of the dealership within 2 hours. The fastest I’ve ever been, they seriously do not play games but want us to get the best deal. Don't buy the vehicle protection plan!

The car is fine. It was a trade in so I can't expect too much. I have an oil leak now after two months of having it. I mistakenly purchased the Fidelity Vehicle Protection Plan. Do not waste your money!No parts in my oil leak are covered. The things it covers never break. The financial guy I worked with outright lied about it, and said I'd receive a debit card to put the expenses in which is totally not true. He also said that I could take it to any repair shop which is also not true. Read the reviews on BBB. I feel cheated by Honda Serranonte.
