I have been researching for a new car and had gone to a few dealerships were I didn't feel the most comfortable and felt pressured to buying a car just to make a sale rather than what I really wanted. So I decided to check out Subaru since I really like the Ascent and wanted to see the options I had. I came in and Coleton helped us right away he is so attentive and knowledgeable he answered all our questions and any concerns we might have had. He went through all the features of the car and you really can feel that he loves his job because he is very passionate about the brand and knew every detail of the car. The whole process was wonderful I felt welcomed and valued which is hard to come by especially when purchasing a new car. The entire staff is amazing we handled the financing with Bradley and he was such an amazing person he explained everything in detail about all the additional items we added to make sure we were well taken care of. If I can give them 10 stars I would. I will definitely recommend Subaru Roseville automall for anyone wanting to purchase a reliable safe and affordable car and wanting the best purchasing experience from start to finish.

Worth the Drive

Excellent customer service buying a pre owned Crosstrek. Since I was 2 hrs away, I had a lot of questions prior to making the drive to Roseville. Cory was awesome, patient, and very knowledgeable, helping me make the easy decision to make the drive. The buying process went quickly, and I am very happy with my purchase and the follow ups I’ve had from the dealership. They even did an. Oil change and 4 brand new tires on the car…. It was also detailed and VERY clean.. I’m impressed with AutoNation Subaru in Roseville. My Salesperson, Cory was a pleasure to meet and work with.

Brand New Subaru Outback from AutoNation Subaru in Roseville

This was a great experience for me, and it was all done online. I really wanted a blue Outback Touring XT with brown interior but there are very few in California. I came across a listing on Edmunds and followed up with the dealer. Cory Phelps was my first contact and continuing sales rep. He was attentive and professional and made everything super easy. Cory gave us a great discount and I put down a $500 deposit and waited. The hardest part was the wait because the car was being shipped to the dealership and it takes a couple of weeks. We submitted our paperwork on the day it arrived, drove to Roseville from So Cal, in a sub par rental, lol. I was out of the dealership in less than an hour. Back on the road to enjoy our new Subaru in no time. I am ecstatic about this new car. I wish everything was this easy. Thanks Cory and team!

MOST POSITIVE EASY GOING EXPERIENCE TO BUY A CAR I EVER HAD

This is the first time in over 50 years of buying cars that I was never pushed to buy something I didn't want. All of my questions were answered and even some I did't know I needed to know. LOL. It was all easy peasy and I felt comfortable throughout the whole process. I always do my due diligence when buying anything and always make myself knowledgeable about the product. Sometimes it puts off the salespeople when I know as much or more about the product that they do. This was not the case here at all. Rod was a wonderful help in helping me get the best deal and I am very satisfied with the outcome.

No hassle, no stress purchase

We took our son to Auto Nation to look at a used Subaru but we were unable to check it out as it was just taken in and was being serviced. The sales associate, Thanh Le was so patient with us, answered my son’s questions, and showed us a couple of used vehicles on the lot. He spent considerable time with us as my son test drove a new vehicle for comparison and we left. Shortly thereafter, Thanh Le called us back letting us know what time he expected the car my son was interested would be available for us to look at and we later returned, test drove it and purchased the car. We felt our sales associate was knowledgeable, professional, knew his products and our finance officer was just as experienced. We appreciated how personable both men were with us and they made the entire process hassle free, stress free and it did not take as long as past auto buying experiences. We were very pleased with how we were treated and the price was great. Our sales associate spent time informing us about the different models and answered all our questions.

Respect and Communication from the First Conversation

The last thing I wanted to do on my New Years weekend was spend time in a dealership buying a new car for my daughter. I'm very clear and direct when I purchase a vehicle, yet most dealerships go right past the most basic part of providing a great customer experience by failing to listen to their qualified buyer. I have to say, the team at AutoNation Subaru of Roseville exceeded all of my expectations. No haggling, no hassling, no attempt to sell add-ons I clearly said up front I didn't want. Thanh and Brad showed me nothing but respect and commitment to listening to my needs. In all, I was in and out in less than 90 minutes with a great deal on the exact car I found on their site.

The people here are not just in it for a buck. They truly care about you as a person I’ve had Raj stay late to wait for me to get off work to pick my car up. Kegan would literally give the shirt off his back to make sure my car was working perfectly and looked brand new. I can’t say enough great things about these guys and everyone in the service department. Every time I come in with my pup everybody runs to pet him and give him a toy “Chewbaru”. Due to my own fault, I have been there quite a bit lately. Kegan and Raj were so awesome. I decided to leave a brand new car there and give my husband my old car that works like it’s brand new now.

Horrible customer service!

Astronomical prices! They will gouge you! Never return calls; misdiagnosed my issue & now want me to pay to have re-diagnosed!? Their "fixing" my issue resulted in more of my warning dash lights to go on & blink continuously! and they want me to pay to fix it1 the service manager Mike could care less, they ignore you unless you're spending money!

Service is everything

I have serviced my Forester at Auto Nation for the past 6 years. I dealt with 2 service consultants over that time and my experience has been just great. Each time the car is serviced or repaired it is done right the first time. In these trying times getting cars and parts we ran into a situation where my part was delayed for a few weeks due to shipping. My service tech called me with updates several times a week to keep me informed. That is great service. My thoughts with regards to Auto Nation are so positive that I convinced my daughter to lease (twice) a Forester from them. I have another daughter who will also lease/purchase shortly. Seems that Auto Nation has become a family thing with us.
