Overall my experience was great. My only criticism was I had too wait a few weeks for the car. The waiting was not the problem, the salesman did not seem to know exactly when it would be in. My take is that Acura should give their sales people a precise day that the vehicle will be delivered and it appeared they did not. I was told it would be in the next day although I did not get a call that it was in for a week. I would have expected to at least get a follow up sooner with an explanation. Again, I think this was more a reflection on Acura not the salesperson but better follow up should have been initiated by the salesperson in my opinion.

From the moment I got onto the lot until the moment I drove off with my new Lease the sales team was great to work with. Not only did they answer all of my questions, but they also helped me make my decision by showing me every vehicle I asked to look at without question or problem. I was able to get a straight answer regarding cost on each vehicle and there was absolutely no pressure from the sales man or the manager.

Emailed on the price asking if they would accept my offer proposed. Andre G came back with a response saying we received your offer, when are you prepared to take delivery? Call me stupid, but last I knew, that means they are accepting my offer. After going back and forth with emails, and setting up everything with my bank, I call him as requested to go over last minute details and to get a purchase agreement. He was very arrogant saying WELLLLL I never DID say I would accept that offer. Ok. That is a bunch of bull! He had his boss call me back saying there was an error in the listing but they will accept the offer they were asking. Let me add that this vehicle was listed on SEVERAL different websites for the same price. I told him I was very disappointed and his response was ok well have a good day and HUNG UP ON ME! SHADY BUSINESS! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very low key. They didn't have me jumping through hoops to get a new car. Don V. was very kind in showing me how to use the bluetooth and the other new things in the car. He hooked up my iphone w/the bluetooth in the car.
