Exceeding expectations

Aaron, in the service department, was great to work with. My vehicle was in for some recall work and they simply exceeded all expectations. Not only did they complete the required work, but they fixed an issue that was previously done wrong by another dealer. When I picked up the car, it was freshly washed and vacuumed. I'm extremely happy with the service I received at Jeffrey, and I will be returning for my future automotive service needs.

Service is great per usual and was made apprised of upcoming work with details so I could plan effectively ahead which is always appreciated. The best value of working with Acura/Honda is the predictability and longevity of the vehicles and a scheduled maintenance plan.

Positive experience with oil change

As usual, the service was top drawer and all my needs were met. I had a hitch installed a couple of weeks ago and I asked the technicians to double check to make sure that the installation was appropriate and that the weight limit of the bike rack was appropriate. At the end of the visit, the tech initiated the conversation, confirming that all was in order. I deeply appreciated that.

Gill and his staff have always been willing and able to help whenever needed. Mr. Randy Palermino made my leasing of a 2016 Accord LX a pleasant experience. He once again displayed a high degree of professionalism and attention detail which made a complicated process efficient and understandable. It is rare to encounter the type of traits that Randy displays with every encounter. Unexpected Repairs

I went in late in the afternoon around 1pm and understandably had a wait. Three hours later as it was backed up for the holiday weekend the car was diagnosed, but not started on. The job would be another four hours and thus a car rental would be needed before closure at 5pm and c would be fixed the next day at lunch. The rental was free and twice the estimate and I couldn't do much about it, but at least it is fixed.

Got my Badly Needed New Battery on a Saturday

In spite of it being a busy Saturday (when most auto dealers service is not open) I received my battery with only a short wait. This dealer's service department has always been a joy to deal with. They do good work, are honest about what you need and explain anything that is beyond the ordinary. At my age (80) I am unlikely to ever buy another car but if I did it would be from Jeffrey.

Things could not have gone any better and Mark was Great with the oil, tire rotation and recall. Rocky was right on time with the body shop work that had to be done and it was a lot-1731.00. Car delivered right on time. It was 4 hours early.
