Don't trust them

I recently leased with them, and it was not disclosed at the time of lease that I would need to increase my insurance coverage by double. They made zero effort to even indicate that this would be an issue, and I think this was done on purpose, as I was already at the top of my price range for the car I wanted.

My credit is hateful to say the least. I knew this walking into piazza Honda. I came to see Frank Crinite; a friend I've known since childhood. I have seen Frank on Facebook sharing smiles with countless satisfied customers on the VIP red carpet. I gave Frank a call and explained my history and financial information and he assured me he'd take care of everything. A day later I leave piazza in my 2016 Nissan Altima basically brand new and with all the bells and whistles. No hassle no worries Frank's team made this a real pleasure. Your car defines you and I feel pretty good about myself right about now. Thank you again Frank and John and the whole team at piazza!

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Frank C. He came highly recommended. He listened to what my needs and concerns were and beyond delivered. I was able to know my approval and what I was leaving with before even stepped foot on the premises. When I got there for test drive and paperwork, I was surprised to find out he actually found an even better fit for my family. I will never buy from anyone else!

We just purchased a new Pilot from Frank C. at Piazza Honda. Frank was awesome! He made the process very easy. We discussed price, I test drove the car, he sourced the exact car we wanted and his team took care of all the details. Frank was extremely responsive via email and text. When the car arrived, we walked in, signed the papers and walked out. He provided a good deal and a very seamless experience. I would highly recommend you have a discussion with Frank if you are in the market for a Honda in the area.

I've purchased my last three cars from Frank Crinite. He makes shopping for a car a breeze. The excitement he shows in the cars and its features is wonderful. This car he had my ten year old daughter to win over. She asked a ton of questions and he had answers to all of them. He treated our daughter like his own. After pointing out all the bells and whistles, a pink Honda keychain and a promise for a FB pic with the super star salesman sure to make her famous she was sold!! Two thumbs up.

Great service and individual attention from Frank Crinite! Frank was very helpful with my first Honda purchase and answered all of my questions, and took the extra time to make sure all of my concerns were addressed! Everyone there was professional and friendly. Would definitely recommend to friends and family! I'm in love with my new HRV; affordable, stylish, and practical.

Words can not express how I feel about Piazza Honda. Frank Crintie help me trade in my 2009 Acura for a newer car with a lesser payment. Which was my goal. The experience was smooth and fast. Frank worked hard with me to get me in the car I absolutely love. He's customer service skills are exceptional. I would recommend anybody to go see Frank if they are in the market for a new vehicle. I just bought my 2nd vehicle from Piazza Honda in Springfield Pa and I have to tell you that it was a great experience. I have dealt w/ the same salesperson, Frank Criniti, for both vehicle purchases (new and used cars) and it has been a great experience. I was in and out fast as the paperwork was being worked on as Frank was answering all of my questions.

If you are in the market for a new Honda vehicle, Piazza Honda of Springfield should be your first and only dealer visit. We visited on the recommendation of a friend who recently purchased a Honda Pilot Ex-L. We traded in a fully loaded 2015 Subaru Outback for the 2017 CR-V Ex-L with Apple Carplay. Our sales representative, Frank Crinite, was knowledgable, straight forward, patient, and low pressure. We first visited on a Saturday to test drive vehicles and then returned on Monday to finalize a deal. Mr. Crinite offered us the best price in the region and made the entire transaction painless. This is how a car purchase should be handled: absolute no bs, no games, and with a happy customer driving off in a new car. We LOVE our new CR-V, which has every feature we could possibly want and at a price we couldn't refuse. Thank you, Mr. Crinite, and Piazza Honda. We'll definitely return to you for our future car buying needs and will recommend you to our friends and family members.

I put down $500 as a booking fee for a Honda Civic 2016. I signed all the papers in November since they told me I have to wait 3 months to get that particular color (cosmic blue). On 22 February, 2016 Kenny (the sales man) texted me saying the car is here. I told him I'll pick it up on 27th February. He said that won't be a problem since the car is under MY name. On 26th February I called kenny to ask him about my bank loan and he informed me they sold my car!!!!!! WHAT?? You told me the car is under my name no one can take it now you are saying you sold it??? On top of that the manager doesn't seem to bother much, he said it's a clerical mistake. Doesn't a sales person have to take permission from the manager before they finalize the sale? Even the manager that he doesn't want to deal with a customer who thinks his dealership is one of the worst... Really?? You want me to give you 5 stars?? Baby on the way and now I have no car. REALLY REALLY DISSAPOINTED!!

Great experience at Piazza Honda. Tonya Johns listened patiently to my needs, helped me review options within my budget on her iPad and then took me on several test drives. She went the extra mile for me and even made sure I got the best trade-in value I could hope for. The gentleman in the finance department was great too. I love my Certified Preowned Honda Accord. I highly recommend Piazza Honda of Springfield but especially Tonya Johns!
