Piazza Honda of Springfield

I put down $500 as a booking fee for a Honda Civic 2016. I signed all the papers in November since they told me I have to wait 3 months to get that particular color (cosmic blue). On 22 February, 2016 Kenny (the sales man) texted me saying the car is here. I told him I'll pick it up on 27th February. He said that won't be a problem since the car is under MY name. On 26th February I called kenny to ask him about my bank loan and he informed me they sold my car!!!!!! WHAT?? You told me the car is under my name no one can take it now you are saying you sold it??? On top of that the manager doesn't seem to bother much, he said it's a clerical mistake. Doesn't a sales person have to take permission from the manager before they finalize the sale? Even the manager that he doesn't want to deal with a customer who thinks his dealership is one of the worst... Really?? You want me to give you 5 stars?? Baby on the way and now I have no car. REALLY REALLY DISSAPOINTED!!
