Excellent service, great vehicles

This is the second vehicle that I have leased through Frank Madden and the team at Herb Chambers Honda of Burlington. The process was easy, efficient, and fun. Frank answered all of my questions and gave me a lot of great information that was useful throughout the process. Rather than rushing to make a sale, Frank was patient and fair. Frank was kind enough to show me multiple vehicles and give me different options for my new lease. Frank was a great person to work with and I would always recommend him and the team at Herb Chambers to friends and family.
Bad experience for oil change

They don’t seem to care that I was waiting for my car. The oil change was done, and the car just sat there until I went back myself to talk to the mechanic. It was crazy and a complete waste of my time.

Honda on the ball--as usual

My wife & I have been buying cars & having them serviced at Herb Chambers Honda in Burlington, MA. since 1973. We used to buy 2 new cars every 2 years, but now we keep them longer because we are older. We return to this dealer because their employees are the best salesmen; their service personnel and support staff are outstanding beyond normal or even demanding expectation. When Chris Glen makes the suggestion, we follow his recommendation. We have to drive a good distance to reach their facility. We do not hesitate because we will get superb service worth the extra effort. Today these services are paramount. Way to go Herb Chambers Honda team.

Jake is the Best!

Being an older senior citizen, I was nervous about the process of a new car purchase. My son-in-law had assisted his son on a previous purchase and recommended your dealership and accompanied me. He had dealt with Jake previously and made an appointment for us. Jake was wonderful from the moment we shook hands! He ‘listened’ to me; what I wanted in a car and was so patient with my ever changing mind on color. We found him so personable, helpful, but most of all knowledgeable about the car and all types of statistics. I finally settled on the car and he kept me as informed as possible about possible delivery time. He even called on his weekend away to tell me the car had arrived! When we arrived for pick up, he spent so much time going through the entire car with me, explaining what every function was, even though some of these functions I would never use and encouraging me to call him with any questions/problems. It was an easier than I thought process and am so happy to have Jake get me through it!

When is an appointment not an appointment??

My Honda had been recalled for repairs and I had the first available appointment at 7 AM. The car was never even moved to the service area until 8:15. Other problems that needed attention were found which Chris explained well and expedited the process. I left the dealership at 11. So, nothing was wrong with the experience, itself, but if the car had been taken in when it was supposed to be, I would have been a much more satisfied customer.

Service beyond a smile

One of the best experiences I've ever had at a dealership. Mike who works in parts, took my call about my key farb battery and he was great to talk to, informative and quite kind as I was being "elementary" about my issue. Went in the next day and was greeted by everyone in a friendly to a real friendly way. Mike helped me out in parts and another gentleman who i feel really bad because I didn't read his name tag helped me in service (gray haired man who you can tell is a good guy). They took care of my service in well under the time they told me so i got to go home earlier than expected. Really nice experience.

Chris did a great job diagnosing an intermittent problem, keeping my car overnight so they could evaluate it when it hadn’t been started for a day. He was honest with me, explaining the issue, why it doesn’t have to be fixed now, and how to monitor it if it gets worse. I’ve bought 3 cars from this dealership and they’ve done all the servicing. Very pleased!!

There were a lot of customers awaiting service this AM but the wait was not very long. My service advisor was Jeff and he had everything filled out in a few minutes and he told me the wait would be a few hours. Just as we reached 3 hours my name was called! The service was completed and the car was washed and i was on my way.

No Competition

They will take care of you and your car issues, ahead of schedule , especially this visit , even though I was running a little late, I was out in about 2 hours after I checked in. Considering the weather and temperature , not having the car wash was no big deal because it snowed the day after. It was worth it, manufacturers warranty kicked in. That was very nice of them to mentioned it rather than it cost me an arm and leg.
