Sam was very knowledgeable, and he patiently answered all of my questions and guided me throughout the whole process as if it was a simple grocery shopping. Marisa is a nice person who coordinates well and explains the detail and very patient. She understands our budget restrictions and didn’t force us to opt for additional services instead she explained well about available services. Sales manager is friendly. One recommendation: If service related packages was explained before going for Finance procedure it would be helpful to decide to opt for that or not. It was explained by Finance manager in last minute and we could not decide easily at last moment. So we have ignored that package because of last minute surprise. Team should allow enough time to decide on the available options like Marisa did which is great.

Very helpful and supportive staffs at Stevens creek. I had wonderful experience buying 2024 Honda CR-V hybrid from Stevens creek Honda. Being a new comer to this country there were several challenges to buy your dream car and with the fantastic support of the staffs especillay from Mr Azurim and Mr Jalal, I was able to close the deal on the same day! I will certainly recommend this fantastic dealers to my friends!

Misleading advertising, Hidden charges.

Visited to purchase a car that was advertised at approx. $19.500. After agreeing to buy the car I was presented with an invoice that was $1295 higher. The reason given is that a Karr security system had been installed and wired into the original wiring harness. This additional cost should have been disclosed in the advertised price since I was denied the option to purchase the car without the alarm. Talking to my local mechanic I now have found out that these aftermarket alarms often cause major problems with the sensitive electronics in Mercedes vehicles. I really don't want this overpriced equipment in my car. Kevin, the salesperson was friendly and helpful. The add on was never mentioned until the final bill was presented. These slimy dealer practices have long turned customers off from buying from dealers. I'm sorry to find out that things have not changed.

Simply Awesome!

Our time at Stevens Creek Honda was wonderful from the second we walked into the dealership and met Ramon to the second I drove away in my new car. Ramon, our sales agent, Philip , the manager, and Ryan, the credit consultant, were so kind and not pushy at all. This was the third Honda dealership we visited today and it was our final visit because it was such a great experience. I would recommend this location be the only stop to anyone looking for a new car Honda.

Underwhelming service

I recently bought a Honda CR-V from this dealership. Our sales associate Jesse was really niceand helpful, although a little distracted. But his manager Faycal was one of rudest people I’ve met. He was extremely arrogant, unhelpful and just rude. This is really unacceptable in a car dealership which survives on good salesmanship. This person needs some lessons in how to behave with customers. Really disappointed just because of you this person. I would not recommend this dealership

It was a smooth buying experience. I was looking to get a Honda Fit for college. After a few email changes with Tina, I set up an appointment to test drive the Fit. Tina and Adriel were so pleasant to work with. Adriel was very patient in addressing my queries about the Fit and eventually I ended up with the car that I wanted. Thanks to Adriel and Tina!
