Gil Fret was outstanding, he took the time to answer all my questions and had the patience with me so I was confident in my decision to purchase a brand new 2016 Ford Explorer Sport. Gil made my car buying experience rather painless and a lot of fun, his enthusiasm was match to mine and I appreciate him getting the exact color I wanted and quickly too!

Great Experience purchasing my new Explorer

I worked with Sakol Hasaphongse and Brendan on the recent purchase of a 2015 Ford Explore Sport for my family. I have to say that this was the best vehicle buying experience I have ever had, and given that I have worked in the fleet industry for over 25 year and purchased quite a few cars that is really saying something! Evert Harden sold us our 2015 F150. First he listened well to understand all of our needs.Then he worked diligently to find the right vehicle, at the right price. Evert was efficient, courteous, professional and honest. He was meticulous in the transaction and, when he gave us his word, we found we could trust him. After the transaction was completed, Evert still checked back with us to verify that we were happy and nothing had been overlooked. Great follow through! Ford Fiesta. It would be much better if you guys posted the internet price as how much the car actually is instead of with all the rebates that I didn't qualify for. I won't be doing that again. Kevin was very friendly and easy to talk to, although he didn't tell me the car is technically a manual, so it was driving badly, and I thought it was broken. Took it into the service department where Sean B, helped me assess the car and told me all this. I also didn't ask enough questions and walked out the same day with the car, should have asked some more questions.

We are very happy with our experience at Harris Ford. Gil provided great service and made us feel confident and comfortable with our purchase. He was very easy to talk to and always professional. After visiting and contacting competing dealerships, we drove for an hour to Harris Ford because Gil and his team were prompt and friendly in their responses via email and phone. We love our new Ford Escape and we would happily recommend Gil and Harris Ford to others who are looking to purchase a new car.

This is the 3rd car that I've bought from Harris Ford, all three times, Razvan Dejan has been the salesman in the transaction. I just bought 2 cars this time, he is the best sales person I've worked with ever. He should be a sales manager by now, its hard to find good talent like that and it should be recognized. Harris Ford of Lynnwood, Wa. was excellent! I have but one serious requirement that will determine whether i stay or walk out that very moment.. and that is quality customer service! I do not have to feel like part of the family; but, i must feel like i have the full attention and care, particularly for a large dollar purchase and my hard earned money! .... and these guys went beyond this and DID make me feel like family! All of my needs were met and i was very satisfied... the wait was long; but, it was of my own design and it was very tolerable! Great place, great people... would recommend them and will seek them in the future for my new Explorer!

I have bought several vehicles from you guys. I always feel like you treat me fairly. My only complaint is a small one. I bought a new 2014 F-150. I was unaware that it had over 700 miles on it when I bought it. That information was not on the website when I was looking at it to buy.

This Fiesta is our 5th vehicle we have purchased from Harris Ford - We go there because of Gus. He is the kind of sales person you would send your grandma to. - He is super knowledgeable about all the vehicles, and he has that laid back no pressure sales approach. With all of the technology available to us, we don't need a lot of help. Most of us know what we want, and how much we are willing to spend - what we do want is a representative who is knowledgeable about the product, can answer our questions, and doesn't pressure us to make a decision. That's Gus. The Fiesta is a great car. We purchased it as a car for our college student to drive when home, and needed something inexpensive, reliable and good on gas mileage. I was skeptical about driving it - but the car handles great! It's actually fun to drive. Go drive a couple used cars with 70-80K+ miles on them, then come back to this as a brand new car. It will be an easy decision!

The purchase of our 2014 Ford Edge was the most pain free at buying experience we've ever had. We went in looking for a lease return and got a loaded AWD for the same price. Have had one oil change since purchasing the vehicle, and the service staff is great.

Bought a new F-150 here and Martin Fogarty was my salesman. This guy is 11 out of 10! Knows his business, the cars, and is VERY friendly, helpful, and will get you what you want with no hassle. If you buy a car or truck here, ask for Martin. He will do you right. I love my truck!!!
