I had a very pleasant buying experience at Roberts Ford in Alton, IL. Prior to the purchase of my Ford, I was able to have all of my questions answered in person and via email. I was able to apply for financing online. This was a real time-saver for me! I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Ford vehicle or to someone who needs to browse to find the right vehicle for them. Tomas was an excellent salesman and did not pressure me to purchase something that I didn't feel was right for me. I appreciate that he and the Roberts team thought that my time was important, too.

Very easy and enjoyable experience buying a new 2018 Ford Focus from Marcus Watson at Roberts Motors! Marcus spend extra time and effort to be absolutely sure that we were comfortable with our purchase and knew how to use the features on the new car. The financing portion was also smooth and easy! Highly recommend Roberts Motors and especially Marcus Watson and the rest of the team that made buying a new car an easy and enjoyable experience!!

Exceptional Sales Person

If you're looking for the most courteous and accommodating sales person, please ask for Anna Bodenbach. She went far above what I expected including coming in on her day off to finalize all paperwork to meet my time schedule. I noticed an exhaust clamp that needed to be repaired while I was looking over the car before taking it home. We subsequently left the car there, it was repaired, Anna came and picked our vehicle that we traded in and then delivered our new car to us. If she can't answer the phone when I call, she immediately calls back once available. We couldn't have asked for anyone better.
