More expensive than you think

Was there 12/2021 traded it in our lease , and got a new jeep sahara 2021 4xe , there were 2 issues . The tax credit was not explained to us at all, we left the dealer under the impression that we were going to received 7500$ as a refund , turns out it is tax credit meaning you can only received if you owed taxes. We felt that it was not explained well since they really wanted to make a transaction. Second issue was that we had already payed for the lease on that current month meaning we were ahead on payments, and they told us we would get the money back. And never received any money back. In addition we had over 9 hard inquiries in our credit , I understand about 4 but never 9. And without our knowledge about it. We did the transaction with Brian , and Donnie. I went back and asked if something can be done about all these issues since the car to my knowledge was 8200$ more than i had budget from. I personally went and talk to the finance manager Alex Godines , and said they would look into and will get a call back. 2 month has gone by and I haven’t heard a word from anyone. Tried to call multiple times and can’t get a hold of any managers. Overall, the sales reps and managment claim to go above and beyond for their customers with words; however no actions match their promises. I will 100% never make business with these people , and would never recommend to a friend.

My wife and I walked in on a weekend. We were courteously assisted by a sales associate as we looked at a used car on the lot. Pricing was reasonable, and Dupage CDJR had performed several services necessary to have the vehicle in great shape. I went back on Monday to purchase the vehicle and the total experience was easy, quick, and hassle free. I would certainly buy from DuPage Chrysler Dodge again.

Dupage dodge in Glendale heights was the only dealer with inventory I liked I had been to 4 other dealers and bought the car I wanted and was out of the dealership in under 4hours it was a great experience.

Donnie and Chris were great. Being a car dealer myself. I am very familiar with the workings of a dealership. I needed to buy a new Ram 3500 for my business. And got great service at DuPage CDJR. No pressure sales, very friendly people. Reminded me of the old days when dealerships were fun and friendly. Not too many left these days. Just recently purchased a 2021 jeep gladiator from Dupage (my second purchase with this Dealer) and it went extremely well. Rose is a fantastic sales person. Very clear why they have such a bad rating. I found out today when I tried to trade in a 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee I purchased 11 months ago BRAND NEW that it was in an accident BEFORE I purchased it. The carfax report showed the car had a repair at a body shop not by the dealer. The car was a demo, I knew that but I did not know there was a police report and a repair that was reported to carfax. Now I have a car that has diminished value due to a blemish on the carfax repot. UNBELIEVABLE way to do business.

I've never written a review so im compelled to do so. Just like other review. Customer service by internet manager/ SALES MANAGER/. Won't validate my internet price. Was buying called gave me rude excuse on why proposal never came in. Please AVOID this place at all cost.
