To be completely honest about my experience at Crown is that this dealer has had a bad reputation as long as I can remember. Most people I know chose to shop either in Ringgold GA. or Mountain View in Ga. However neither one of those two dealer treated me like my choices and my budget mattered. I walked away from the other two disgusted. So I ended up at Crown Chattanooga….the one dealer I swore not ever purchase anything from them. I looked at a Jeep Wrangler and this young kit “Malik” walked up to my son and I and said hello. We asked a few questions and he answered them well.We took the Jeep for a ride and I had him run the numbers for me. I wasn’t happy with the results and he allowed me to walk away with a handshake. No pressure. “We will keep our eyes open for what you’re looking for and contact you if we find anything we might think you like in the price range you’re looking for” I must have looked at a dozen Jeeps the next Saturday and on my way home I get a text from Crown about a one owner 2019 Wrangler Unlimited Sport with only 51,000 miles with the power rain warranty still in place. They had sent me several Jeeps through the week and veto them all. But I humored them by stopping by to look at it anyways on my way home. My son and I gave it the look over, test drove it and we both conquered. “This is the best Jeep we have seen so far Dad. Is in excellent shape and well cared for” So I purchased one of the nicest Jeep I had seen on the market for the right price. “Malik” may be young, but he was honest and upfront with everything I threw at him. So….take my word for it and give Crown Chattanooga a shot 👍🏼 Had the interest rates been lower than today….I would have come out of there with a brand new Rubicon.

Overall good experience, i got the truck i wanted for 3 years now. The prices came down so it was time to start looking and Stacey found what i wanted and brought it to the dealership for me to view. I am satisfied with it.

I recently purchased a 2023 jeep grand Cherokee Limited from Jacob Buckner and I have to say this was one of the easiest car buying experiences that I have gone through. I have purchased many cars over the years and Jacob went above and beyond. He made the process easy and even traveled to another location to get my car (that location was over 30 minutes away). If you’re looking for a new or used car, I would definitely contact Jacob. He has even followed up many times during the last few days checking in and making sure that the car satisfied my needs. I’m a repeat customer at Crown Cars of Chattanooga and for a good reason. They treat you like royalty even if you were buying a $7000 used car. My salesman Josh was friendly and he and the staff worked very hard with me to get me where I needed to be and get the vehicle I wanted. I’d highly recommend Crown Cars
