Everyone at the service department is always helpful especially Keenya Hogan. Keenya is always in a good mood and willing to make my visit to the service department as comfortable as possible and getting the service done on the Impala or the Camaro as soon as possible and out of the service department in a timely manner.

Bad bearing

Keenya Hogan (Service Department) handled my issue with my brand new Silverado as well as possible. After hearing a noise from the front end of the Silverado I contacted Keenya at Spitzer Chevrolet of Lordstown. After a few attempts at clearing up the issue, first replacing the right front bearing, then the noise was still there. Second the tech (Dan), rotated the right front tires side to side and the noise seemed to now have shifted to the left front side. They decided to replace the now left front tire because the noise had seemed to have shifted sides. We then proceeded to schedule a time for the Service Manager Dave and I to meet and drive the truck together. After Dave and I test drove the truck, Dave also heard the noise. We decided to drive another 2024 Silverado with the exact same tires to see if we could hear anything from that truck with the same tires. We did not hear anything so that seemed to eliminate any tire issues. After taking these trucks on test drives with Dave, he and Keegan set up another day for my truck to be picked up at my home and they left me a vehicle that I could drive while they worked on fixing the issue. After 2 days of having my truck they returned it to my home and the noise issue seems to be resolved. They replaced the left front bearing this time and said the issue was that the noise was echoing across the vehicle which caused it to seem like it was a right side noise in the first place. I purchased my truck at Spitzer and have all service done here. I have gotten to know Jason Cheney and like the personal service he provides. Recently I came in with a leaky tire. I left with a repaired tire for $35. I come in expecting I’ll get an honest evaluation of what I need done, am always consulted before maintenance is done, and go away feeling appreciated as a customer.

She has excellent communication skills and really takes her job seriously. She has a great personality and gets along with everyone and treats us with respect. Had recently purchased a set of Kelly tires for my Chevy Equinox that not only rides great but, fits nicely into my budget, yes you heard that, BUDGET! I did shop tires prior to getting a quote through Spitzer North Jackson and honestly they saved me over $100 plus dollars which included the wheel alignment.. Again another trip to this dealership with same service personnel and absolutely no disappointment.. Never hurts to check with Jason and the crew at Spitzer North Jackson before your next service.. I recommend them

My salesperson was patient and kind. His sales manager, not so much. If you go to this dealership please ask for Joe. He is not a high pressure salesman and he will do his best for you. It is not his fault that the sales manager was very rude to me and told me he didn't like my attitude. But you can't take that out on the salesperson, if it wasn't for Joe I would have walked right out.

Stop at Spitzer Chevrolet in North Jackson Ohio just to look at a new Traverse without any real intentions of buying. I talked with their salesperson Robert Berben and within hours drove my new vehicle home.
