After visiting other dealerships and manufacturers so glad we decided to stay with Audi Westmont. With fantastic support from Ed Riedmaier we were able to find the car we were looking for, reach a quick and simple agreement and close out the purchase. A couple of glitches in the back office were also spotted and quickly resolved by Ed. If we could afford it we would come back every year just to work with Ed.

Had a few technical issues with infotainment system and they were promptly resolved after a day at the dealer. Had a clean loaner car provided at no charge. Michael answered all of my questions and was great to deal with.

Great Service Experience!

I normally go to an independent mechanic, but there were codes on the check engine light that required reprogramming and so I had to bring it to the dealership. Audi Westmont was awesome. They found a number of issues that weren't even identified by my usual mechanic and even better, they worked with my warranty company to make sure everything was covered. Hasan was not only personable, but very helpful and kept me informed via text (much appreciated). The service manager (forgot his name) took over when Hasan was called away and also worked diligently on getting the warranty company approval on all the work (despite their push back). And then I thought I had left my laptop at the dealership and a wonderful gal answering the phone sent out a note to everyone alerting them to be on the lookout for it, but also personally went and looked for it and even had a male co-worker go check the bathroom. (Embarrassingly, I had left it in the Uber.) Thank you, Audi Westmont! I'll be back!

Windshield Replacement

I have become very good at catching rocks with my windshield. Twice I have had a great experience with Hasan in service. He has worked with me, my insurance to get a fast resolution and repair.

Best Dealership Experience EVER

I was blown away by the service I received at Audi Westmont specifically from Alex. He was extremely respectful, transparent , and knowledgeable about the beautiful pre- driven cream puff that I purchased. I was able to reach him on his cell phone with any concerns, amd he went so far as to have his body work team remove the minor scratches that I had pointed out to him upon first seeing the car. They then detailed it to a showroom , fresh -from- the- factory glow. I was extremely impressed and appreciative. I was treated like royalty, and I’ll definitely be back for my next car. Go look for Alex at Audi Westmont.

Excellent salesmanship. Direct, prompt, no-nonsense, all online until site visit to finalize the color. Great job by John Neumann, our sales rep. Same with their Finance Manager - Paul Labak - swift, clear, clean execution. Had an issue with the HomeLink which was resolved in a timely manner. Waiting to see how their detailing comes out next week. Hope they keep up the good work.

Tire change and realignment

All that went fine… tire & alignment. Where I have an issue is that because this dealership is notvtgeconecwgere I bought my A4 allroad they wouldn’t help me with finishing the set up of my MMI. Has to happen in the sales department and they aren’t willing to help someone who didn’t buy the car there. Seems extremely petty to me. Of course, why the MMI didn’t get properly set up when I bought the car 2 years ago is another question. The service department are not IT people so they can’t help at all. Audi might want to consider having a tech specialist on staff in service to deal with connection issues, MMI, etc.
