Fremont Motor Rock Springs

I truly was only starting to look at buying a new or newer vehicle and wasn’t exactly sure what I wanted. I knew I needed a smaller SUV because of my husband’s disability. Fremont was the second place that my dad and I went to, are plan was to check out all the dealerships in town. I originally drove a nice pre owned Rav4 that was awesome. It was a fair deal on the pre owned Rav4 BUT I decided to buy new. Troy and Shane at Fremont Motor Rock Springs made it happen. They arranged to have a brand new Rav4 from Fremont Toyota in Sheridan brought here so I could buy it. I didn’t feel pressured in the deal and Troy was good to work with. So even though I truly bought the vehicle from Sheridan? Troy and Shane were both helpful with my new purchase.

Troy Boerner has helped me purchase two new vehicles. He is easy to work with and has a friendly no pressure approach to getting you the deal you want. The finance people were also easy to deal with. I have also had good experiences with the service department.

My experience with Fremont Motors/Rock Springs was excellent. I had a specific wish list for a new jeep, which was outside the scope of those that the dealers were ordering for their lots. Right away Dan told me that and asked if I would like to just order one. That being said, the order was completed, I received regular updates on status and notified when it was "rolled" off the delivery truck. All this was done over the phone, as I am 3 some hours away from Rock Springs. Paperwork and my new jeep were delivered to me at my office. I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received, especially beings as this was all done over the phone with people I never met face to face.
