We recently purchased our third vehicle from Cernohous Chevrolet in Prescott Wisconsin. This dealership does not give you the run around like the large dealerships in the metro area. The salesperson takes care of it all, helping you select the right vehicle, the price for your trade-in, and financing. We traded in our 4 cylinder LT Equinox and upgraded to the 301 hp. V-6. Wow, what a difference the V-6 makes in this crossover! Quick acceleration and super quiet going down the road. We went with the technology package, convenience package, and trailer hitch to tow the boat.

Recently purchased a 2007 Chevy Corvette, at model year end. The experience was very positive. I located the car by internet search from Chevrolet.com, as the dealership was 40 miles from my home. I contacted the internet salesperson with a request for a trade in estimate. We arranged to meet the next day and view the vehicles. I had done "my homework", reviewed Edmund's TMV and "what others were paying" for the new car and the KBB and Edmund's numbers for my trade. I knew the exact car and options that I wanted. I made what I felt was a reasonable offer. Since this was not initially accepted I left the dealership with the understanding that we would be "in touch". Well, I got a call later that day with a counter that was within a few hundred dollars of my initial offer. We settled on "splitting the difference". Overall, I felt they treated me fairly. The deal was good, I got the car that I was looking for and paid less than I would have at other local dealers. I felt that by locating lot cars at a reasonable distance and in smaller communities helped me negotiate. I might have done slightly better by being a bit more aggressive, but overall I was very satisified. Also, knowing the data from Edmunds and Kelly Blue Book helped to "arm" myself.
