I just purchased a vehicle from Van Horn Ford of Oconomowoc. With an extensive background in the automotive industry, and currently working as a technician in the heavy equipment industry, I am very particular and detail oriented. I had many questions and expectations (most likely more than most consumers) and I was very pleased with their ability to accommodate my questions providing full reassurance that I was making a sound investment in the vehicle I purchased. Had appointment to look at one vehicle but turns out it had an issue the salesman Anthony was up front about it came up with another option which I had not considered. After taking a test drive and making some calls to find out more about the vehicle turned out I left with it. Anthony was a great guy and I highly recommend him.

Very professional!

Van Horn Ford had a very professional and friendly atmosphere. My Husband and I were welcomed moments after arriving by salesman Luke Olsen. He was very sharp and attentive and was able to get us into the exact car we were looking for. We were able get financing that fit our budget and were home with the car the next day. It was an overall good experience

From the time I walked in the door, to the time I drove away in my new car. It was a stress free shopping experience. Salesperson Don Cicenas was helpful and made sure you knew what was going on in the buying process every step of the way. Courtney Hutsen Sales manager was also very much apart of the process. I will definitely recommend Van Horn to anyone wanting to buy a car.
