While I have had good experiences at this dealership in years past, their genuine care and concern for the customer does not appear to have made the transition to their fancy new showroom. The salesmen I have interacted with are pleasant enough to work with, however, they are tied to a painfully incompetent and irritatingly pushy management team. Fortunately, Audi North Shore is fairly close and still offers the kind of care I expect from Audi.

I made two in-person visits and attempted to make an appointment over the phone for sales assistance, and was never helped. I called the sales manager to alert him to this problem and he did answer some questions for me, but never followed up. I requested quotes through Edmunds and did receive a voicemail, but again, no follow up. I made it abundantly clear to everyone with whom I had contact that I was interested in purchasing a 2013 Audi A4, but still, no help. Therefore, I went to the Audi Exchange in Highland Park, IL and bought my car there. They had a much larger sales staff, showroom, lot and inventory, and were happy and willing to help me. Since it was impossible to find someone to SELL me a car at International Autos, I am not even going to attempt service with them. I will put in the extra time and miles and return to the Exchange for any future needs.
