Best Car Shopping Experience ever!!!

I was actually looking for a car for my daughter when I test drove a 2019 Elantra. It was loaded with extras and the ride was really smooth. I fell in love with it instantly. But I drove an Accent and told Russ, the salesperson, that I would think about it. Over the weekend I visited other Hyundai dealers but they were rather pushy and not willing to deal with me. None of them offered me anything close to what Boucher had to offer, so I went back to see Russ. After a few days they were able to get me into the car I wanted and kept it within my monthly price limit. When I went to pick up my car it was clean and the tank was full. Russ even went through all the extras with me and helped me hook up my phone. I love driving my new car and I would definitely refer family and friends. Thank you for a positive experience.

This was an excellent experience overall. I purchased a local used Kia Cadenza that they got in on trade. They were very accommodating and patient with specific issues related to the distance I needed to travel. Their partnership oriented non-confrontational selling approach was greatly appreciated. Although somewhat a norm now, their mandatory Boucher group "doc" fee is is on high side. Something to be aware of as one works through the purchasing process. Overall though, don't hesitate to buy a vehicle from this dealership.

Excellent Santa Fe Sport purchase experience

We were extremely satisfied with the service we received from the Sales and Financing, and Service departments when buying our Certified Pre-owned Santa Fe Sport last month. There was no hard sell, but a lot of hard work on Boucher Hyundai of Janesville to find us the vehicle we wanted with the features we were looking for at a price we could afford. I was approached on the lot in just the right amount of time and Dale answered all of my questions thoroughly. He also never tried to sell me more than what I was looking for. In fact, he was very clear about defining what I was looking for to begin with and then finding the best match from there. This was my first car purchase in 16 years and I'd have to say it was pretty enjoyable. Boucher had nearly every color and option on the car I was interested in so, in that respect, they made my decision more difficult in the best way possible. Dale even made sure I had my phone synced and could make calls hands-free before driving my car away.

I went on line and entered the Hyundai I was interested in, and within minutes Dale called from Boucher. The car he offered sounded great and I went up to Janesville the next day. The price for the car and the offer for my trade were the same as on the phone. The next day I bought the car. Dale was thorough and honest. This has been my best car buying experience

Tim and Dave from Sales did an amazing job fixing the problem that came with the first car I purchased at this location. They both have restored my faith in humanity, showing that there are still good people in this world, who don't want to screw over the customers. They also admitted fault where it was due, as others did not when dealing with my situation. They worked very hard and diligently to find a solution where all parties benefited at the end of the day. I am very pleased with their work and I will be recommending them to all my friends and family when asked about who and where to buy a car from. Their professionalism was above and beyond the call of duty in my case. They both have great communication skills and should receive recognition for their hard work and dedication to customer satisfaction.

I was on a search for a car for several months. This dealership and my salesman were so patient and understanding. They cared about what I wanted in a car, that I understood all the finance options and all the new features, and that I didn't like to be pressured. I looked at several dealerships but kept returning to this one. Once I decided on the exact car that I wanted, I was happy that this place could provide it because I wanted to give them my business. I am thrilled with my final purchase!!

My family and I (within a year) have bought 1 new and 2 pre-owned vehicles from here and we have had a great experience every time! From our sales rep PJ...to the sales manager Noel...to our finance woman Tabatha...They are truly amazing!!! The staff is very easy going, helpful, friendly, and personable. They have an awesome service dept as well. I can't say enough good things about Boucher of Janesville and we will definitely be returning to buy from them again in the future. Anyone looking to buy a vehicle...we would highly recommend this dealership!!!

I said this to Dale in person, and I'll say it here again: Dale truly is one of the nicest, most humble sales people My husband and I have ever met. He was honest, patient, and trustworthy. I wasn't sure I'd be buying a car that day, but he made it a positive and fantastic experience. He gave us a great deal and I love my new HYUNDAI Tuscon. If you are in a car buying positon, please stop in at the Boucher Hyundai of Janesville and ask for Dale. You won't be disappointed.
