SOLD CAR WITH OPEN RECALL

THEY SOLD ME A CAR WITH AN OPEN RECALL! DO NOT SHOP HERE! I traded in my minivan for a different minivan. The salesman even helped me MOVE MY CARSEATS over to the new minivan. The 2012 Honda Odyssey i purchased on the trade in had a recall for the middle seats not attaching. Today my KIDS FACE was SLAMMED into the back of my seat due to this known recall issue almost BREAKING HIS NOSE and KNOCKED OUT HIS TOOTH. This known recall put my children’s LIVES AT RISK and was completely disregarded during the inspection process, if their even was one. I am willing to spend more money on purchasing a car from a reputable dealer with the expectation that is is inspected and safe. This was not the case with the minivan I purchased, it ended up being a $15000 DEATH TRAP FOR MY CHILDREN

I would recommend purchasing a vehicle at this dealership. I worked with Tyler, who was awesome! He was a good balance of knowledgeable but not pushy, patient, and helpful in making decisions based on my needs, not his commission. Kyle in finances was also helpful--I'm very happy with my decision to purchase here!

This was my first time purchasing a vehicle at a larger dealership so I was a bit apprehensive. Those feelings where quickly alleviated when the sales rep (Devin Spicer) who greeted my wife and I with a big smile and willingness to help. He listened to are wants/needs and helped us find the vehicle we needed. At no time did I feel pressured to purchase a vehicle which was a welcome relief from past experiences. From the time I walked through their doors and drove of their lot with my new vehicle they demonstrated professionalism and curtsey. I will most definitely purchase my next vehicle from them.

I took my 2012 Nissan to the Boucher service department twice for the same issue - a metallic sound I was hearing once the car hit 1500-2000 RPM. The first time, while the car was still under warranty (by a couple hundred miles), they dismissed it as a tool in the wiper cowl, but didnt bother test driving it after the tool was removed to see if it was still making noise - which is was. No charge for that and I walked away with a free tool. Sweet! I had to contact them repeatedly to make another appointment. By this time (about 2 weeks later), the mileage had rolled over 60,000 and my car was no longer under warranty. When I brought it in a second time, during my lunch (note: I am an hourly contract employee and dont get paid when I am not working), I waited three hours in their waiting area (I did not have anyone to drive me back to work that day) only to find that my service rep, Brad, had left for the day and no one had made any progress on the car at all. Just nothing. They said they needed more time and that I should call and make another appointment - which I did, only to have that call go unreturned. During the time that I was in the customer waiting area, I was approached by a salesperson, John, and was aggressively encouraged to buy a brand new car (even though mine is only 3 years old). I spent a little time with him, because he was friendly and I had nothing else to do but read, but decided pretty quickly man what am I even doing? I would not buy another Nissan as I am not a fan of the CVT. I told him as much IN person, ON the phone AND via email and even asked him not to call me again. He hasnt stopped calling since. The service department, on the other hand? Not a single peep. Im so very done with this dealership. I would never go back or recommend it to anyone unless you only want to be treated well while your car is under warranty.

Great Purchase Experience

This was my first experience with Boucher Nissan. My initial contact was via a web inquiry about a used Murano. Tony Kassees responded to my inquiry very promptly and got back to me right away with all the additional information I requested. We scheduled an appointment, did two test drives, and were able to reach workable terms in a reasonable amount of time. Tony also delivered the car to my home and very patiently tutored me on how to use all the various features. He was great!

This was our first encounter with Boucher Nissan. Bob Arciszewski and Carl Cerletty were the 2 sales associates that helped us. They were great to deal with. We initially spoke with Carl who introduced us to Bob. Bob could not have been better. He was able to get us the exact truck we were looking for at a very fair price. He was not pushy even though we took about a month to make up our mind. Everyone we met at the dealership was very nice. We are looking forward to a long positive relationship with them

I made an appointment to test drive a Nissan Rogue through Boucher's Internet website. I was informed that Kip M. would be my sales associate for this test drive. Kip was very informative explaining all the ins and outs of the new Rogue. We took a very positive test drive that went where I wanted to go, and I was able easily determine whether this vehicle was what I was looking for. The Rouge is great, and I was totally impressed by the help I was given by Kip. I decided on the spot that the Rogue is what I wanted, and Kip made it happen. The color I wanted was not available in Milwaukee, but a Rogue with the right color and package was located in Chicago. I picked the SUV up 3 days later. The whole sales experience was positive, low key, and a joy to have. I am very pleased with Kip and Gordie Boucher West Allis.

I can not recommend this dealership enough! We are careful consumers and did not make the decision to purchase a new vehicle lightly. After test driving 14 different vehicles at three different dealerships and getting quotes online from at least 4 additional dealerships I can say that Eddie S. and Boucher Nissan were clearly the best! From our first visit to the dealership when we encountered Eddie and his no-pressure sales approach we have been floored by the outstanding service and accessibility of Boucher Nissan in Greenfield. Absolutely worth the drive if you live somewhere else! Listen - I cannot stand pressure or tricks. I will walk out of a dealership, walk away from hours worth of work and effort if I perceive even a whiff of shadiness. I never had a single problem with Eddie or Boucher Nissan and, in fact, through the search Eddie set the gold standard for exceptional service for me and my husband. We love our new 2014 Nissan Altima and working with Eddie were able to negotiate a great price!

Had a very good experience buying a juke from the gordie boucher nissan dealer. Jonathan explained a lot about the juke clearly. A relative bought one last summer and I had to replace a truck that suffered in this extreme cold weather we are having. It was 13 years old. I bought the vehicle that same evening which never happened before. Overall great buying experience.

This dealership changed my outlook on the car buying process. . . for the better! It was a wonderful experience from the moment I initially emailed them to the moment I drove away in my new Rogue! Carl promptly sent replies to my emailed inquiries so I decided to show up on a Saturday morning at 9am for a test drive. My saleswoman (Hannah) was genuine, honest, and very personable. She walked me through the entire process without any pressure. Dare I say I also enjoyed the financing meeting?! This is usually the worst part, but not at this dealership! Mike was efficient, honest, and like Hannah, used no pressure in explaining extended warranty options. Before driving away in my new vehicle, Hannah was quite thorough in demonstrating all the features of the Rogue. I left feeling excited and confident that I made the right choice. This is a 1st class operation and I highly recommend Gordie Boucher in Greenfield to any others looking for a fantastic car buying experience.

After looking at so many places, I decided that Gordie Boucher Nissan in Greenfield was the place to buy my new Altima. I am pleased with our purchace and the experience of having to go through the hassles that are associated with buying a new car. Two people really impressed me and that would include our salesman Jason B. that stepped up to the plate and took good care of me. Also, one young man that worked in the service area whose name I did not catch, that said he has been working there for about 2 years. He was able to answer all my service questions in detail while my car was being prepped to leave. Sorry I didn't catch your name. Overall, a very good experience and I will start my look there next time I buy a car.

I recently purchased a new Altima from Gordie Boucher Nissan. It was a great experience every time I went to the dealership! Everyone on the staff was friendly and professional. My salesman was John K. and he did a fantastic job presenting the car to me, sorting through options, and finding the right vehicle. He has a very nice style and a good sense of humor. He listened closely and really worked on getting the car I wanted more than just making a sale. I whole-heartedly recommend this dealership! And, I love this Altima!

From start to finish everyone at Boucher Nissan was helpful and friendly. They were ready to answer any questions you might have without making you feel you needed to wait for your sales person. They went the extra step to make you feel comfortable. From the receptionist to the Sales Manager, everyone was wonderful. I was more than pleased with the customer service and attention I received from Barbara A. She was friendly, knowlegeable and definitely not pushy. She let me find my own timeline. She has great follow up that was never aggressive but always helpful and encouraged me to ask questions about anything that was confusing with my new car. Tim, in the business office, had all my paperwork ready was excellent in explaining my choices for service plans and options. It made my experience very relaxed. My new car runs like a dream. I know the Service Dept. follow up will be great since we already own a Boucher Sentra. We have never had a problem with the Service Department in the last 15 years of servicing different vehicles. From start to finish everyone at Boucher Nissan was helpful and friendly . I would highly recommend using the team at Boucher Nissan in Greenfield. Robert A. was my sales man and he did an exceptional job getting me the car I wanted. I drove up with a 2011 Altima drove away with a 2013 Altima- My deal was Awesome, my interest rate went down, and I got more bang for my buck witht his car. The deal took maybe 2 hours tops I was in and out of there in no time. Bob and the rest of the Gordie Boucher Nissan Staff was professional, courteous, they answered all of my questions and I am just thrilled with my new purchase. This is my 2nd car I have purchased from them.. Each time the service was 10+.. I would highly recommend any one to go see them when looking for a car.. Thanks Bob and Gordie Boucher Nissan Team !!!
