Buying my first Lexus.

I have to say my buying experience at Lexus of Brookfield was great. My sales person "MK" was very professional and informative. He answered all our questions and kept us updated thru the whole buying process. One thing that was a negative is how they show the price of the car and then add on additional costs when they write it up. I'm not talking things like fee's, they were additional items the dealer added to the car. This wasn't something in MK's control so it's not a reflection on him but more so on the dealership itself and how they choose show their pricing.

The people over at Lexus really take great care of their customers and give you a wonderful experience when buying a car. Al Zinda specifically was great to work with and made the process very simple. They go above and beyond to make the sure the customer feels taken care of. I highly recommend this dealer.

Phenomenal Experience

Amazing experience! Dale Roeglin at Lexus of Brookfield was truly incredible. I walked in off the street to test drive a car and ended up driving it off the lot not long after. I’d never been here before. Dale and the entire team, including Chris in Finance was great. Really make you feel like family. I met several wonderful people. Everyone at this dealership is top notch! Give them a call or be like me and swing by for a test drive. I was not looking forward to buying a car before my visit. I’m telling you…they really will treat you like family.

Alan zinda was my salesman he was great to work with at dealer ship and through the little quarks I had after purchasing the car. Would definitely recommend him and his team at lexus of brookfield. There was absolutely no push on any vechile sales.

Al Zinda and Lexus for the Win!

Excellent Sales experience. Al Zinda won us over from another dealership. Al was able to find us a car that matched everything we were looking for. He beat the Lincoln dealer and put us in a 2024 Lexus 350 . We are extremely happy with the process. Al was professional, kind and honest.

Life long customer after GX purchase

Al was wonderful to work with and made our GX purchase quick and simple. No pushy sales tactics and we felt like we got a great deal in the end. Al and Kevin were very patient when our commercial insurance quote took a little while to get back from underwriting. John with tech was so informative to finish off our experience with Lexus of Brookfield. Will be a lifelong customer.

Staff in the Lexus of Brookfield was very welcoming and friendly. My sales associate, Alan Zinda was exceptional, very nice, knowledgable and professional. It was very pleasant experience to work on the deal with Alan. Entire process was quick and easy. It was definitely a 5-star experience.
