Dale Roeglin is the finest example of providing professional service

Dale Roeglin is the finest example of providing professional service! I have worked with Dale Roeglin for the past four years and his unfailing support (often when I've been under stress with a pending repair, or the timing of a service visit) is far beyond what we expect from customer service people -- especially in the past few years. I love that I don't feel like I am bothering Dale but what is more impressive is that he is always on the ball as far as taking my request, running with it, and then getting back to me with detailed information and/ or the date I need. What a massively huge benefit he is to Lexus of Brookfield. I know I won't go anywhere else for service on my ES350 as long as I have Dale's help. Thank you (again, and again) Dale!

This dealership has it so together, I am so grateful for their service. I had an appointment with Wade Schumacher, because, although I had owned Lexus vehicles previously I couldn't get the technology in my recent purchase to work. In minutes Wade was able to clear up issues and assured me that, what I wasn't able to understand was not my fault because the data etc. was not cleared or centered. He showed me how to use my features in laymen terms. He extended himself to help me if I have any future issues and did a followed up. Upon completion of our appointment he sent me to service to get a tire repair. I explained that I didn't have an appointment but he insisted it would be okay. Once in service, although I did not have an appointment, Nikolas Vlahos understood the problem with my tire. I had my used car less than four weeks and he serviced it, washed it and treated me like family. Referencing my previous vehicle in conversation etc. I recommend my dealership, if I can take the liberty to call them mine, to everyone. God bless them.

I love this dealership!

I just got my first service on my 2020 Es 350 F-sport! I Was given a 2020 Lexus ES 350 as a loaner car Becca use I had other things to do and did not have time to wait. My salesperson brought my car up to service and brought the loaner car to me directly! 10/10 love this dealership and the service I receive here.

Fixed my Camry!

I hit a curb and my rear wheel literally snapped off, needed new brakes, new tire new everything , was very worried about the cost. Joe Palmisano referred me to Nic in service and Nic got me a great deal, can’t recommend them enough if you need repairs or service.

Bluetooth issue
