onAfter driving a Ford F-150 for 20 years, I decided to get a new one. I was in the market for a 2024 F-250 Super Duty Extended Cab with an 8ft bed. To my surprise, dealers in the surrounding 8 states told me that the only way to get the configuration I wanted was to order one and wait for 5-6 months. I searched the on-line inventories of a large variety of Ford dealers and my preference was no where to be found. Then, one morning, I clicked on the dealer inventory of Ramey Ford of Princeton WV and there sat my truck newly added to their site. I called Erik Jones at 10 am and he methodically ran me through all the components of the truck. It was exactly what I was looking for. Since Ramey Ford was 2 1/2 hours from my door, I was stuck with the problem of how to pick up my new truck. Erik Jones was instantly supportive and agreed to have my truck delivered to my door! Erik passed me on to John Martin who expertly ran over the financing issues, arranged great terms and for me to sign the documents electronically. By 12:30 that day, my new Ford F-250 Super Duty extended cab with an 8 ft bed was parked in my driveway! My wife, having sat in the new truck with that 'new car smell', expressed a desire to have a new car of her own. I called Erik Jones again and we sorted through the new vehicles he had in inventory and my wife's 2024 Ford Escape sat in our driveway the next morning! I've purchased vehicles in many states over the course of 71 years and can state unequivocally that dealing with Erik Jones and John Martin of Ramey Ford in Princeton, West Virginia was THE best vehicle purchasing experience I've ever encountered. onIt is a nice vehicle for driving on country roads. The Outer Banks model provides plenty of extras. Love the remote start feature on a cold morning, especially the pre-heated seat and heated steering wheel, which are already warmed up and ready to go. It seems to be well built and looks great in the driveway where the Lincoln MKS was previously parked. The four wheel drive provides peace of mind for snowy roads. I’m pleasantly surprised after ten years of enjoying a Lincoln.

Installing tow mirrors on Ford F150

onWas quoted 100.00 to install mirrors, charged 159.00 to install. Power window on driver side squeaks now, never did b4. Door handle on passenger side sticks & does not work properly now. Both mirrors have a gap below them like they need to go up & in...not sure why. Piece on driver side door behind handle fell out when my husband opened door, he had to pop it back in. They left grease on both sides of doors around mirrors. Not at all satisfied with this service.

onI was very disappointed with their service center. We called in advance to see if they could put my vehicle on the computer for diagnostics and even explained the problem to them. They said yes and it would cost $76.00.. I paid a tow bill to have it towed to them. I explained that I needed to know ASAP as I did not have a vehicle to get back and forth to work now. They assured me they would start on it right away. I get a call the next day saying they could not put it on the computer because it wouldn't crank. (My husband already told them it would not crank before we ever towed it over!!) They than asked me how much I could spend to fix it. :( They assured me that If I gave them 6 hours worth of labor for $390.00 they would be able to find out why it wouldn't crank and get it on the computer. I asked what would happen if they couldn't figure it out. They told me I would still have to pay $390.00 :( So either way I am stuck with a $390.00 bill even if nothing is accomplished!! :( The guy in the service center informed me that I could use my truck as a trade in on something else. I told him No, I just wanted my truck fixed and I could not afford a new one. I called back the next day to see what they had found out and I was told that they did not have time to look at my truck but they did speak to a sales man who had a good deal on a newer vehicle in mind for me :( [violative content deleted] Anyway I explain again I cannot afford another one and re-inerate the fact that I need them to look at my truck ASAP because I need to get back and forth to work. He assured me he would be able to let me know something tommorrow. I continued to call daily at least 3 times a day to find something out, and it was always another excuse as to why they had not even popped the hood on it. Well it has been a little over two weeks and they never even touched it!!! When I called to inform them that I was having it sent elsewhere they were joyous!! :( They did not ask why or offer an apology for my time they had wasted!!! I am at risk of losing my job due to lack of transportation two weeks is ridiculous not to even look!! If this is the kind of service they offer why in the world would I want to buy a vehicle from them??
