The team made me feel welcome and were patient with my request to not move forward with a deal until I had shopped around and seen what other dealerships had to offer. I came back to Larson because of the positive experience I had interacting with the team. They welcomed me back and we were able to come to terms that suited both our needs.

A VERY HAPPY & CONTENT LARSON VW CUSTOMER

I have been treated like a king! Annie Mueller is the best sales person I have ever worked with in the auto industry. She is kind, friendly, caring, and passionate toward customers. I also enjoyed working with Angelo Becker. Yesterday I came out to my car after a workout to a dead battery. I got a jump and then called Annie. She immediately put any worry to rest and assured me Larson Volkswagen would take immediate action and resolve whatever the problem. I brought my car (bought 6 days ago) to the dealership and Annie greeted me and introduced me to the service department personnel. They also were outstanding. Within an hour my issue was completely resolved and I am a very happy customer! I will certainly recommend Larson Volkswagen to friends and family in the market for a new or used automobile!

Great experience at Larson Volkswagen

Every member of the dealership we came in contact with were very friendly and the 2 vehicles we chose online from different dealerships were waiting out front for inspection. Our salesperson , Brandon was very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. Financing was also a pleasant experience with Jake. Good price on the 2013 ML 350 we purchased and extremely well maintained.

Go to Larson VW and ask for Annie!

Annie was great! When we first met with her in the morning we had scheduled meetings with other dealerships in the afternoon, but she was so great at working with us we truly believe that she had our best interests in mind. So we cancelled our other appointments and stuck with her. That was the best decision as she was honest about the sale process and worked hard for us to find the one car that we loved. I would recommend Annie in a heartbeat! I've already passed along her name and the Larson group to everyone who's asked about our new car. Thanks Annie for our first great car buying experience! It's hard to find honest car salesmen these days, but Annie has it down! She's a keeper, don't let her go!

No Hassle or Pressure and quick service

I visited this dealer to test drive a vehicle and after driving it asked for a business card to think about it. No pressure or hassle was given a card and asked if I had any other questions. I came back little over a week later and bought the same model of car I drove before. Was about 15 minutes with the salesman and 10 minutes with finance and out the door. I did have a repair done also for a power door lock clicking and they fixed it the next day and provided a loaner car which I kept an extra day due to my work schedule at no extra charge. Very satisfied.

Bought a new car

I recently bought a car from Charles at this dealership. I hate buying a new car, because you never know what is true and what isn't, but he was straight with me and made me feel like I got a good deal. There wasn't a bunch of running around about price, and I got it done in an afternoon. I'm glad I didn't have to spend weeks buying my new car. Now I'm driving it.

Painless car purchase

We bought our second TDI from Larson yesterday. My wife decided we needed a new car. We are half way between Larson and a dealer in Bremerton. We decided to go to Bremerton first. My wife knew exactly what she wanted to buy. The Bremerton dealer took all afternoon to deal with us and kept playing the numbers like we were concerned about the monthly payment amount rather than the price of the car and the value of our trade in. Despite our credit ratings in the 700's, they offered us financing at 5.9 % and never came below 30k on the price of the car. They tried three times to sell her a car she did not want. At Larson, she cut a deal over the phone with the salesman we'd met a few weeks back. Came in and struck a deal and completed the sale in a very smooth process at Larson. Great sales team.

Horrible Car Buying Experience

we've had more than our share of problems buying a new car from Larson VW. They first offered a price $3000 under Kelly Blue Book for our trade in, when their ads say they pay 110%. It took 2 days to install the theft system - a one hour job. We paid $150 fee to have the registration and license plates taken care of. The temporary plates are expired and all they say is that the permanent plates are "in the mail" - 47 days later! The dealership spit on my request to have a loaner car until they straighten out the licensing problem. They likewise refused to refund the $150 paperwork fee when it is clear that they did not complete the paperwork in a timely manner.

2010 Jetta TDI buying experience

I recently purchased a 2010 Jetta TDI from the Larson Autohaus using the Edmunds dealer quote service. I priced out the car we were looking for using the Edmunds system and used it to solicit several quotes from nearby VW dealerships. One of the first to respond to my requests was John Brown from Larson. He was prompt with his replies and was the first of all the dealerships to get me the quotes on the builds I was considering. After reviewing the quotes, I contacted Mr. Brown and negotiated a deal under Edmunds TMV price for a 2010 TDI and purchased it at slightly under invoice with no fees and recieved a fair market wholesale price on my 2006 Mercedes C230 that was comparable to what I expected based on my research. All of this took place via a few early morning emails and one phone call to Mr. Brown. I agreed that I would bring the Mercedes up for them to appraise that afternoon and if everything looked good I would purchase the Jetta at the agreed upon price. Upon arrival I was met at my car by Mr. Jake Weidenbach who had the two cars I was interested in pulled out and ready for test drives. We went over the cars, took a simple test drive and although I was pre qualified for a low interest loan through my credit union, because of my credit score Mr. Brown belived he would have no problem qualifying me for the five year 0% term VW was currently offering on the 2010 TDI. Mr Weidenbach assisted with the paperwork, there was a slight wait while we waited for financing to finish up a previous deal and I toured the dealership. One of the things I always do is visit the service department. I asked one of the service writers a few questions to get a good feel for what my first service would run. The financing process was handled by a nice man who encouraged me to get some of the extended warranties and options as they are trained to do, but he was not high pressure. I just simply don't keep cars long enough to recieve any value from extended warranties. I did however negotiate a deal on the VW gap policy and included that in the purchase price. The value quoted on my trade previously was exactly what I epected it to be. There were no last minute adjustments and I purchased the car exactly as it was negotiated with Mr John Brown over the internet. There were no slipped in fees, or last minute changes. It took longer for me to drive home in rush hour Tacoma traffic than it did to test drive and buy the car. I have to say it was one of the easier deals I have made, I found the staff respectful and professional, and I enjoy doing business with a dealership who is not sitting around waiting to pounce on whoever walks through the door. These guys are obviously doing something right as I showed up the next day with my wife to sign the release on the trade and there was a lot of activity going on. Thanks again to John, Jake and the rest of the staff, who has followed through on a couple of questions we have had

Larson is great.

I bought 2001 GTI eight years ago from the old location. Mike Almond and John were super professional when they sold the car. It would compare to Nordstrom's customer service. Anyway, I bought the car before i knew how to drive a manual transmission, so they drove me around for at least an hour in all the different cars with the variety of engines. Something i would never expect from any dealership. NO pressure to buy that day, and they made sure i was aware of all the options before i made a final decision. I was 19 years old, and they treated me like a normal adult. I've had similar experiences with sales associates over the years...not only with VW Larson, but also with Toyota next door. very cool place. Their service department is just as nice. i would buy from any Larson dealership!!!!
