I bought a 2014 Elantra last night! My boyfriend and I have never been so happy! Not only is the car so quiet and smooth is really has EVERY feature I was looking for! My salesman, Colin was really nice and answered all of our questions honestly! He was extremely helpful! Also, the sales and finance managers made everything go really smooth! I couldn't have asked for a better car buying experience! If you're in the market, GO TO SPECK HYUNDAI!

If you are looking for integrity, professionalism, straight talk and a sense that you will be taken cared of. Do not do business with the finance department at Speck Hyundai of Tri-Cities! Unfortunately, for me I was told that a specific loan had been approved and found out the bank hadn't received anything under my name and (Speck Hyundai) ran my name before receiving my verbal/signed approval. Give your business instead to a dealer that will appreciate you and take the time to listen/answer all of your questions, not waste your time or pressure you into a sale!! A word of advice to Hyundai (if receptive) integrity is everything, stop the tacky pushy sale antics and revise the way your finance department is run!
