Service Department is failing the dealership

The service department did not put the customer first. I ended up doing more leg work for my vehicle then the entire service department combined. Calls were very seldom returned until upper management was contacted. The Limited Lifetime Powertrain Warranty is a scam. Even though I was told it was free to me, nothing is free in this world, not once did the dealership disclose to me during the sales process what the stipulations were. That is deceitful and poor customer care. If that is what your sales are based off of why are the customers not informed of the details? Still have not found any of the paperwork on the limited lifetime warranty in my sales paperwork when the vehicle was purchased. Disappointed and very unhappy. This dealership will not be on my list when I purchase my next vehicle next year.

Everything went well. We were traveling from AZ to AK and arrived a day ahead of schedule for our appointment. They were able to take us in a day early. It was very much appreciated.

FREE OIL CHANGE

It was a free oil change but they washed the vehicle, rotated the tires and did an overall check of the vehicle with maintenance recommendations. Good job!

Problem fixed; learned a lesson.

It was almost time for an oil change so I came in for that but reported some engine problems. The oil change fixed the problems and I was advised to check the oil levels if the problem returned. You fixed the problem and I was given useful information. Great Job!

Sam (Customer Service) was professional, positive, helpful, knowledgeable and did a follow -up call today. I think the common term would be "awesome" but her delivery of service was much better than that. I'm 29 years into the service industry so I notice excellent service when it's delivered. "Loaner car" or "rental car"?

When bringing my car in for service, I was disappointed to learn that the "loaner" car was actually a "rental" car. Fortunately, my car needed warranty repairs, so the car rental was covered. Next time I'll make other arrangements.

My GMC Denali 50k tuneup

It was a costly maintenance at the 50k mileage tuneup but, was explained ahead of time and, again, upon picking my GMC Denali up. We had a coupon & the "extended warranty" was applied to a leak they found during the tuneup. We've dealt with Blade for years & are very happy with all yourservices. Thank you, Bev Nevin

Review of Awesomeness

The original reason I had placed the tahoe in the shop was due to a nail i picked up in the back right. Unfortunately it was too close to the edge and had to be replaced. Why I enjoyed my visit is because they found that the fluids in teh front, rear differentials and the transmission needed to be flushed and I needed a new filter. I was very happy they caught all this because I know that I needed to drive back across the country in early April and they saved me from some very large issues. I thank them for their kind and respectful services, it also floored me that they washed my car. It was used to the nasty Wyoming and Montana snow, dirt, and grunge look. Thank you so very much, Jay was also very helpful at getting back with me about the progress of the vehicle as they needed it for two days as opposed to one. I will be back if my job leads me this way and would very easily trust my vehicle to you again, you have more tahn proven yourselves. Thank you.
