I had a great experience with the sales guy Monty, but after the deal was finalized i realized some things that were mentioned during the negotiation were simply unfulfilled. I called to see what had happened and was told two different storied about why I didn't get the cash back. If i could just recommend Monty, i would, but overall I didn't appreciate the lies from the sales manager. If anyone higher up from the dealership would like to contact me that would be great.

This was by far the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership when buying a car. The sales person Rich listened to what my criteria was and didn't waste my time trying to up sell me. We were able to find exactly what I was looking for at the price point I wanted to be in. The whole process was comfortable and quick. Jamal was professional and friendly. I feel like I gained a friend never had that before at any dealership. Exceptional at answering questions. Impressed with how detailed he was on explaining the Jeep. Loved how he took time to explain all the features how they worked and how to use them all down to helping pair my phone. Offer of dont hesitate to contact him if any questions. Again never had a dealership offer or provide what Jamal did. Handling of paperwork great service. Henry was also great the next day when Jamal was on his day off and I realized I left my sunglasses in my trade in. He retrieved them and had them waiting for me without making me wait around. Kris went out of his way to ensure my experience would be a great one. My situation, to me felt like a complex one. Brandon and Brian were beyond nice, and respectful. Brandon took his time and listened to what I wanted in a truck. He also showed me a few options to make sure I was getting everything I wanted and needed in a truck. Dean Salzer was awesome. My wife and I only owned one car and we needed another one. Since she works 5 days a week, I was never able to make it down to the dealership. I did all my business over the phone and email. I felt that Dean had my best interest in mind and did an outstanding job of representing me throughout the entire transaction. He was very through; going threw each step of the process, making sure I was satisfied before moving on to the next one. Dean and the rest of the staff were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The dealership was clean, functionally organized, and had a relaxed atmosphere. I would recommend Dean and the dealership to all my friends.

I knew that was the specific truck I was after, it being a 5.9 long box manual dodge. They don't tend to stick around long. We test drove it, it had a pretty decent shake when I let my foot off the gas, they agreed to fix it If I sat down and bought it, I agreed. It ended being more of a problem than what we thought it was. They held true and are fixing it. I am in a 2019 rental for four days untill it is fixed, I can't wait to pick it up.
