I had a great experience at this dealership when I went in to buy a BMW X5. My salesman, Nick Sukhov, was very pleasant, helpful, and answered all of my questions. Negotiations went smoothly on both the price of the car and my trade in, and everyone I dealt with was top notch. As a woman, I have always dreaded buying a new car, and a majority of the time I have felt marginalized and unhappy with the process. This was a refreshing change. Whether I made the best deal, or not, I felt like I had, and that is the most important part! I drove away in my new car feeling very happy and carefree :-)

I had visited the showroom on a friday evening way back from work to view the car and do a test drive. Spoke about car to Darren and got details. Next day I walked in with wife and walked out with my car. Brilliant experience, he was transparent with the dealing and he did the best what he could do from his pov.

Christmas Surprise

A huge shout out to Bellevue BMW for the win at Christmas. Darrin Giefer made my pre-Christmas purchase of a 2024 X3 the most enjoyable car buying experience I have ever encountered. Darrin went above and beyond by supplying a huge red bow to top off the Christmas surprise for my wife. I give the man a ten out of ten for his performance. His follow up rates top marks as well. Highly recommend Darrin and Bellevue BMW to the extent that my wife's bestie came up from Longview a couple of days after Christmas and purchased a 2023 X5. My only concern was the time it took at F & I to wrap up the deal. I think there was a long line waiting to finalize their deals so that was unavoidable.

First and last time in this place

The lady (Janell )service advisor keep trying to make me believed my car need battery replacement 2019 whit 30 miles she treatment whit less respect and others .very disappointed my car was dirty inside was there for month o more waiting for parts . I’m driving whit out replace the battery perfectly I’m glad I’m not those costumers believed everything the suggested

1. They messed up my mileage in the carfax report. 2. I asked only for basic oil/filter change. They added some sort of motor oil treatment without telling me. Costed me extra 80$ which is not necessary.

Bellevue BMW

Leonard is our service expert. Recently when picking up our X1 and reviewing the service inspection, he pointed out that the tires were getting near replacement. I just so happened I was reviewing tires sold by several tire services. Leonard then said that Auto Nation will match any published price. We checked the Continental tires I was considering, and he matched price, plus was able to use the special promotion on alignment. I would never have considered purchasing tires from a BMW dealership. I am now driving on new Continental all weather run flats! Great Job Leonard.

Had to have my alternator replaced on my older BMW Z3 ///Mcoupe. Took a bit longer than expected, but I received a very nice BMW 430i coupe as a loaner. I would give my service advisor, Jennie Moo, and 11 on a scale of 10. She is always very helpful and highly recommended. A big thumbs up! 👍

Service person was a no show

In general, routine maintenance visit was fine except that my assigned service person did not show up. My appointment was 7am first of the day. I was first customer there at 6:50. When I rolled the car into the service bay at 7am, the person taking my keys said the service coordinator was running a little late but wax on there way and would be here soon. After waiting 20 more minutes and after other customers who arrived after me were helped, a different server coordinator came and got me and said the other person was out for the day. So, really no big deal, I just don’t like being told something that is not true.

Incompetent sales person

The sales person we were assigned promised us that the certified used vehicle had features that it actually did not have, promised that it had service done that had actually not happened. The vehicle ended up needing a fair bit of service (sensor malfunctions on the ride home). The sales rep ignored us while we waited for paper work and felt their time was better spend browsing the web than interacting with us. I would give the sales person zero stars but the sales manager came through for us.

Great Experience finding the perfect SUV

We purchased a 2018 BMW X3 recently at BMW of Bellevue. We'd initially purchased a 2019 model with about 52K miles. But the very next day we luckily found a 2018 X3 with exact same Body color and Interiors at the same price range. Cherry on top this one had many more advanced features like Head-up Display, Sunroof, Handsfree tailgate, Bigger 21" rims to name a few. We got the Convenience + Premium package .
