Consistently have bad experiences

Over the last year, I have had really negative experiences with this service department. I have been treated rudely from the schedulers to the service advisors - not all of them, but enough to never want to bring my car in again. I had an airbag recall notice arrive months ago and tried to schedule my car on four different occasions. Each time I was told that they did not have the parts and there was no "ETA" on when they would. I was instructed to "just keep trying". This went on for a couple of months. Finally I got in last week, and was given a loaner car. I didn't get 1 mile from the dealership when the fuel light came on. I called the service advisor and was told that they don't check the fuel, but to just get gas before I brought it back. REALLY? I know to refuel a loaner with what I use, but not for the dealership .

They made me ran for 6 months to get my 1k refund back.

If I could I would have given them below zero rating. I am an Audi owner for a few months. Audi cars are solid but staff in this dealership are very unprofessional. They are damaging the reputation of this respectful company. If you buy a car from this dealership and leave happily you are robbed, if you leave with a headache, then you may have received a fair price. During purchase I talked with sales manager, finance manager, sales specialist, etc. Almost always I found myself talking to staff with little knowledge about the actual car, just eager to sell you duplicate worthless additional services, and willing to constantly spread false information. Their staff has no intention to reveal what guarantees and services are included with a newly purchased car and does everything to sell you the services you already have (or will get through insurance) twice. When I leased the car in August 2017 I bought two additional services. After reading Audi guarantees info, I found that both are useless, so I canceled those services immediately the day after the purchase. Their finance manager intentionally refused to even file the refund for six months. Probably he wanted to get his bonus for selling those additional services at the end of the year. During that time, he and his colleagues falsely claimed they put the request in the system, while they did nothing. After wasting many hours emailing them and visiting them three times for this issue, they finally issued the request for refund in 2018. I bought a 60k car from them and they made me run for 6 months to get my 1k refund back. They basically have no respect for their customers' time. I respect Audi brand but STRONGLY recommend you to avoid this dealership. If you want to do business with them, then good luck but be prepared for the headache afterward!

Very Poor Customer Service

I took my car in for oil change. The service advisor was really rude. I brought up problem in starting my car sometimes and he just assumed it was the battery. He only offered to have the service staff to look into the battery but did not offer any follow-up. It would seem he did not want to assist me at all. It bothered me enough to write to Autonation. I was also contacted by Audi America since I filled out their survey. Autonation said they started an investigation. I did not hear anything from Audi America. Overall, despite high marks in customer services in Consumer Report, I am very disappointed with the services I have received. I received services from them a few times in the past few years and it was never pleasant. I DON'T RECOMMEND their service department.

These guys have been moving steadily downhill for a long time, but selling to Autonation has been a new low. These guys are terrible at basically everything. I _almost_ walked out of the sale (buying my off-lease car) due to the finance guy. He was basically the cartoon villain version of a finance guy. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

Carbon removal and 75k maintenance service

I have owned my car now for 9 1/2 years. I know that having the dealer do the service on the car is going to cost more than if I took it to an independent shop. I have several complaints about the current service. First, the carbon removal from the valves. This is an engineering design flaw that requires that I take my car in for this service every 35k miles. Last time I had the service done it was $1200. This time it was $1900. I'm not sure what justifies a $700 increase in 4 years but I'm sure it is about making more money. If Audi truly stood behind their products, they would not charge someone who paid $75k for their car thousands of dollars more over the life of the car. Simply ridiculous. The 75k maintenance service covers a lot of component inspection and replacement if necessary. This is one of the big services. On this current service, the glove compartment lighting was inspected and found to be working. This hasn't worked in a few years. Obviously this wasn't checked. The wiper blades were also inspected and found to be in good condition. This is also wrong. The driver side blade is in need of replacement which I was going to do be didn't because this was covered under the service. I hope that Audi and AutoNation will strive to do better in the future. Otherwise, I may take my business elsewhere.

Worst Dealership Experience!

I was serious buying a Q7 or A7 so I called them ahead for a test drive at 2:30pm. I arrived there at 2:30pm and John was unavailable. Instead Joey greeted me on behalf of John 30mins later. We ran all over the place in the rain to find that certified Q7 3.0T and then he said I can't test drive that car because someone made an offer? Ok...I guess I understand... Then later I asked him if I can test drive an A7...he looked at me all weird and told me "why do you want to drive that car?" What? I am here to buy that stupid car! Wtf!? He told me to wait at the lobby. Waited 30mins and I left telling the front desk person that noone took me seriously. Then when I was leaving, John was pulling the same Q7 and told me if I want to test drive...I thought that Q7 cannot be driven because of an offer. I was so in shock! Joey intentionally refused to test drive that car to me! It is probably because I am asian or I have physical neck disability. Either case, I find it very disturbing. It is the worst dealership experience EVER!
