There was a very specific truck I wanted, a Dodge Ram Limited. I started my search on Carfax and found the truck at Lindsay Buick GMC, 275 miles from where I live. I started a conversation with Caleb and Garan in sales and three days later the truck was in my drive way! I couldn't be happier with these guys and this Dealership. I deducted one star because the truck was missing the tonneau cover key and I feel like they could have done just a little more to help me get a replacement. I would have only deducted 1/2 star if I could have. I would absolutely buy another vehicle from this dealership!

Debbie is an amazing sales woman!! When I came up to the dealership, she has already had my vehicle all clean and shiny, gas tank full to the brim, and ready to go down the road! She showed us everything on this vehicle it had to offer while on the test drive. When we were done with the test drive, she had all our paperwork ready and before we knew it, we were signing papers. Signing all the paperwork with finance was so quick I couldn't believe it! I came in for a car and left with so much more! The staff here is one that is truly here for what the customer wants. Bought a GMC Terrain at Lindsay today and it was, without a doubt, my best car-buying experience ever. I was single-shooting the vehicle that I saw online, traveling a distance, and the opportunity was there for the manager (Rick) or salesman (Dustin) to play hardball. Instead, they (and two others I dealt with there) turned out to be very decent, hones, and helpful folks and I was more than pleased with the outcome. Really, I am not the cheerleader type but when a business shines like this one did, I am not afraid to say so. And I do say so.

We recently purchased a used car from Lindsay Buick/GMC dealership in Warrenton, VA. We met with Debbie Capasso to test drive the car for a day allowing us to test features and garage fit. When we went back to do the purchase paperwork, we also met with Garan Digges to discuss having some wear and tear scratches/scrapes fixed. This dealership could not have been more accommodating. Debbie stayed after working hours were officially over to help us get On-Star and Sirius radio free trials activated. Arrangements were also made for the scratches/scrapes buffing/repair. The car buying experience could not have been more pleasant because of the help of Debbie and Garan. We highly recommend this dealership for your next car purchase/service.

If you're wondering whether the positive reviews are an honest and accurate representation of what you'll experience, I'll tell you, they are! We were drawn because of the reviews and the folks here delivered. Aaron was exceptional in his professionalism, respect, and concern for our needs. Never was there any pushy sales pitch or shady sales trick. Honest, open, and straightforward was our experience from start to finish. Aaron worked hard for our business, and more importantly, to meet our needs. Jen went above and beyond to work her financing magic to get us the best rates and allow us to stay within our budget. Jen personalized the buying process, making us feel welcome, comfortable, and casual. Many laughs were had. Together, Aaron, Jen, and manager Garan managed to have us leaving in a nicer, newer car than we had intended, again, within our proposed budget! I have every confidence in the deal we reached and couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. Despite the amenities the larger Lindsay dealerships offer in the lounge area, while you wait, the personnel working the Warrenton Lindsay Buick GMC by far make up for the difference. The other day my truck, Dodge Dakota, Crew cab, V8, AWD/4X4, died on me. Living in the country you are at a lose without a pickup. So I ventured out by myself to see what the market would bear. My first encounter with a Sales Consultant at Lindsay was Debbie Capasso. She is very welcoming and comfortable to be around. I explained everything I expected to be able meet my needs regarding a 4X4. Debbie showed me one that was close to what I wanted but it just was off one particular option, I thought I had to have. Being very courteous she took notes on my wish list and claimed she would make some calls. I left to try other dealerships. With my wife with me on my second attempt to purchase a 4X4, I tried other dealerships with negative results. The main reason they were negative results is due the fact the Sales Consultants were negative. It was as if my wife and I were an imposition in their day. For reasons not to be as negative as they, I won’t mention them by name but they were two MAJOR dealers in Warrenton, Toyota/Dodge, and not just road side car dealers in a parking lot. Thank goodness a professional dealership, Lindsay, is in Warrenton. I returned to Lindsay and started looking again, but this time my list had to be modified no one really has an AWD option. Immediately we were meet by Johnny Smith another sale consultant, smiling and as he extended his hand welcoming us to Lindsay and how can he help. I told him we had already spoke with Debbie and he quickly said she will be back very soon from lunch. Due my wife's earlier frustration with other dealerships she stated sorry but we will now be dealing with you. She understandably had lost patience and didn't want to wait nothing against Debbie. I told Johnny what I was looking for, my list now shorter, and he showed me a range of options. We picked a prospective 4X4 with the provision it would tackle my properties rough terrain and step gravel driveways without spinning and without the aid of the 4X4 deployed. A 2014 Toyota Tundra passed the test and off it was to seal the deal. Once we got back I saw Debbie and immediately explained what had transpired in her absence. Debbie is to polite for words and understood saying wouldn't you know it the only time she took a lunch break and I would show up. She went on to say Johnny's a great guy and was pleased he was there to assist us. My wife loves making a deal regarding buying vehicles. She had Johnny back and forth to the manager working numbers and options. My next encounter with another extremely polite professional was with the General Sales Manager Rick Foard. Very personable, kind, mater of factly and smiling. He came out of the office with an extremely great cut in price form the internet's price and as well offered to meet my additional wants regarding the truck within the same bottom line price. Oh hell yea, we bought. Besides being a great deal Rick had the entire truck detailed prior to our taking it off the lot. It looked as if it just rolled off the production line in 2014. To end this elongated critique I would reiterate the fact that the Lindsay professional staff of Warrenton is as comparable to the great professionals of the cities of Fairfax and Alexandria, both of which i'd had dealings with. Trina, Rick, and Garan were wonderful to work with. Never felt any of the usual car dealer pressure or run around. They allowed me to take the car to another dealer for an inspection and adjusted the price based on the findings. I would definitely purchase (new or used) from them again.

I found a used truck that I was interested in and made an inquiry online to the dealership. I was contacted promptly by a sales rep (Russell) to confirm that the truck was still available and to assure me that my ~1 hour drive to the dealership would be worth my time...and he was right. Russell and the sales manager (Garan) were very easy to work with, very knowledgeable, professional and kept their word that my time would be well spent. They made me a deal I couldn't pass up on the truck I was interested in and gave me a very fair trade-in allowance for my much older pickup. Russell and Garan were great to deal with and I'd highly recommend that anyone interested in a new or used vehicle to go see these two…you won't be disappointed!! Thanks again guys.
