Ordered the Kia Telluride. While it took 4 months to get it, the salesman was very upfront about that. The wait was worth it! We love the vehicle and the entire buying experience was easy starting with our salesman, Kelly, through financing and driving off the lot. We wanted to order a 2021 Telluride SXP Nightfall, which was a bit of a unique process due to the demand for the vehicle. Our salesman, Ryan, walked us through all the options available and was very upfront about how everything would affect the timeline and pricing. The sales manager, Toby, was also very knowledgeable about how the Kia ordering system worked and was able to give us a good understanding of the process. He also agreed to double my military discount on finding out my wife was a first responder, which we appreciated since these vehicles are selling at MSRP and well above at most dealerships. Ryan kept us informed throughout the process of Kia picking up the order, starting the build, and delivering the vehicle. He was also well organized and requested all the information needed to take delivery in advance so everything was ready when I came to pick it up. We got everything we asked for on our trade with no issues and the paperwork was quick and efficient. Omar in financing was also friendly and helpful, and handled a computer system error professionally and conveniently for me. Ryan gave me a good walk-through of the vehicle's features and double-checked all the prep work to make sure that everything was done right. I have never had such an easy and pleasant car buying experience, and I am now strongly considering Kias for my daughters when they start driving because of how well the West Broad Kia team did. I was basically pleased with the experience but felt the paperwork took too long. Until we had to watch a video of a feature that our vehicle did not have installed. We were not informed that it was not on the vehicle so I spent much time the next day trying to learn how to set up the app. After making a phone call the next day to find that it was not on my vehicle. I am hopeful this review will make them rethink the showing of the videos concerning features that are not on the purchasers' vehicle.

Ryan Morgan was very helpful to me in finding the right vehicle. I never felt any pressure. I test drove two vehicles and fell in love with the second car I drove. I decided to purchase the second car and explained to Ryan that it would take several days before I could have funds transferred to my checking account. He said take your time and took my car and parked it in the back. So happy he did this and it put my mind to rest. If I purchase another Kia Ryan Morgan will be my salesman. He can be trusted!

Y'all were amazing! After the horrible bate and switch I experienced the weekend prior to working with your team it was excellent working with a group of honest individuals. I called to test drive a Sorento listed on the website and received a call back prior to coming explaining it wasn't for sale yet, it was a service vehicle. Still wanting to get a feel for the size of a Sorento I test drove the car I purchased. We came to an agreed upon price quickly. The following day I completed the paperwork and was given a run down of the vehicle. Since taking it home I've received follow-up calls just checking in to see if I had any questions and to see how things were going. Y'all were awesome!!!

Sales department was extremely friendly and helpful(Kelly Taggart). My wife and I were in a pinch as our old vehicle had died so we went to the maintenance department first, DJ was very helpful. I knew my old car was going to have to be replaced soon. All departments worked great together and communicated greatly with my wife and I and each other.
