Great Dealership

I have bought over 5 Hondas from Pearson over the last 10 years and have found them to be the best and most professional dealer in the Richmond area. They gave me a price and the negociated price was excepted within minutes from management. I have found their management as has very fair and helpful and I would not go anywhere else to buy a car. The other people that said the dealer would not give them a price is crazy. How do they sell hunders of cars a month if they don't give people a price. I think they got a price and just didn't like it.

Drawn Out Experience

We visited this dealership to purchase a car, we left feeling as if they didn't care at all about our business. Offered us low dollars on our trade and would not give us a bottom line price on a new vehicle. We finally left and told them to call us when they could give us a bottom-line price. They called back 2 days later, and their bottom line price was over $2000 higher than our final purchase price at another dealer. I would not recommend this dealer!

Bad Experience

Pearson's is our local dealer and I use them for service. Have to remember sales is a differnt department. Typical back and forth to manager. REPEATEDLY asked for an out the door price (while there and on internet. Never got one. They wanted to negotiate up from MSRP, when I could get better price off the internet. Salestaff was non-responsive, But with clients that can be "bullied" probably turn a better profit. Not customer oriented
