A simple oil change, but knowing how that can go south quickly and descend into a long day, this was as quoted. Less than an hour and no issues. Price could always be a wee bit better, but considering the cost of everything these days, not awful.

Easy Way to Have Vehicle Serviced

I like being able to make my appointment online. I drive into the service bay, walk over to a service manager that has been there for years and go over what my car needs. There is a spacious waiting area with television and single serve coffee/tea. But I head straight to the work counter where there are desk chairs and plugs with USB slots. The work stations are spaced apart so that you have some privacy and no one breathing down your neck. When there is a question, the service manager finds you where ever you are to speak with you about your vehicle. I work the whole time and only have to get up when my car is ready. It could not be any easier or more pleasant.

Excellent service. Everything was thoroughly explained to me as to the whys and hows and the estimate was accurate. Everyone was very nice and polite and the area was clean and neat. I was given a loaner car for a few hours and it was also clean and neat. Best dealer and service ever!!!!!!!!
