My experience at Miller Toyota Manassas was Great! My sales representative was Mirawis Sherzada. I received excellent support and kindness from Mirawis. It was an excellent experience. There was facts, information, communication quality care and service. There was no pressure. Mirawis was excellent in providing answers and pursuing a vehicle that suited my specific needs. Mirawis demonstrated clearly that he was interested in finding the car that fulfilled my wants and needs. The car purchase was a positive experience. When I went to pick up my new Camry Mirawis reviewed every aspect of the vehicles operation. He answered questions and reviewed many items. He set up my phone for compatibility with the car. He was certain to cover all aspects of the vehicle. He gets the full five star rating! If I have another auto purchase I would inquire with Mirawis. He provided wonderful customer service. This was the best experience I’ve ever had buying a car. Vladimir was helpful and informative, and even came in early on his day off to make sure I could get the vehicle. The process was incredibly efficient. Everything was ready for me when I arrived for pickup and there was no wasted time at all. Highly recommended.

Three of my relatives have bought their current vehicles from Miller and two of them specifically recommended Vlad, and he was awesome. He was able to talk me in to a vehicle I had initially not been interested in, but so far I am loving the decision, so be aware that he is a good salesman. He is very informative and was helpful with the car buying process. Also, he was humorous about giving me some not so great news, which I personally appreciated. I definitely recommend buying from Miller, especially Vlad.

Two reasons I came to Miller Toyota. First, I had a positive experience purchasing a Land Cruiser close to 30 years ago and heard it was still under same ownership. Second, I spoke with another Toyota dealership and they began “playing games” during the sales process so i left. My sales rep at Miller, Carlos, was helpful, courteous and responsive.

RAV4 Purchase

We were looking for RAV4 hybrid (a high demand vehicle) and called Miller Toyota. Fortunately, Vladimir answered the phone and told us one had just come in that morning. While on the phone he answered all questions including price, add-ons, etc. We drove right down to view the RAV4 and talk further with Vladimir. The vehicle turned out to be exactly what we were looking for including color and bells and whistles. We started the purchase process and were pleased to deal with Linda, the finance expert. There was no B.S. about selling various packages as they were all free except an add-on 7year warranty. Between Vladimir and Linda the whole experience from initial call to driving away in a new car took less than 3 hours. 1.9% financing was great also as less than bank financing interest I had researched. Overall a great experience and all other folks that encountered at Miller's were polite and friendly as well.

This is the third time returning to Miller Toyota to purchase a car. This time I traded in my Corolla (that I also purchased here) for a Highlander. My family grew since the first time I purchased my Corolla so I needed a bigger car. Carlos was able to provide my husband and I excellent service and answered all the questions I had and explained all the features of each car we test drove.
