I bought a car from her about a year ago at her previous dealership and had such a great experience with her I followed her to Strosnider Chevrolet where she hooked me up with a great deal on a 2024 Chevy Malibu! This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Jessica Compton at Strosnider Chevrolet. I bought a 2023 Silverado ZR2 6 months ago and today I am purchasing a 2024 Silverado 2500 Duramax. That speak for itself she is not pushy, she has a great personality, and she smiles so much she makes you want to smile. Went to Strosnider to look at their trucks and spoke with Kyra Vaughn. She was very focused on finding a truck that was in all of my needs. She was very helpful and when we went on the test drive and noticed their was a check engine light She immediately took the truck to their service and repair and had it checked out and fixed. Due to it needing a repair I was unable to drive it home. However, she immediately offered to drop it off at my residence so I would not have to make the drive back out. I now have the truck and it has been running perfectly and very happy so far with my new purchase!

I think her being here with my husband and myself. Best experience I have ever had. I have bought multiple vehicles and this was the smoothest process she was very detail oriented and made sure we were comfortable while we were waiting. Let’s start from the beginning,I inquired about a 2014 Tacoma online now 2 weeks ago.The dealership reached out to me to discuss options.First a woman named Courtney.Then I was directed to a saleswoman named Candy.I told them my current truck was hit in an accident and that I was waiting on insurance to get back to me.But continued to discuss my interest in this vehicle over the course of a week.The following week I inquired more seriously into the purchase.I told them I was tired of waiting on insurance and was ready to proceed soon. This was late in the week on Friday.I spoke of driving down to purchase the truck on Tuesday night,and completing the transaction on that upcoming Wednesday.So beforehand on Sunday I made mention of putting a hold on the truck as well as placing a deposit on it.I was then told they could only hold the vehicle for me if I filled out a credit application.I wanted security for the purchase because I’d be traveling from Massachusetts to buy the vehicle.On Monday I had been told by candy and a woman by the name of treasure that this was the only way they’d be able to hold the truck for me.It took a little bit of time for me to fill out the credit application because I was at work all day.Two hours after submitting the paperwork she messaged me back,are you still interested in buying the vehicle?I haven’t pulled your credit yet and there’s a an oil leak.I inquired about the oil leak, what was wrong and how bad it is.I was told they don’t know yet but the truck is in the shop.She asked me if I would still like to proceed with the truck.No hesitation,I said yes of course I’d like to proceed.She then called me to discuss more details on the truck.Several delayed responses later from the saleswomen candy,I was then told that the truck was sold,but the deal wasn’t completely finished yet and she’d let me know if it fell through.I was frustrated at this point because I had been trying to reserve the truck and move forward with the purchase.My only hurdle was waiting for my day off,and the 10+ hour drive I had to make in order to buy it.At this point I called the dealership and asked to speak to a manager on Tuesday morning.This is when I was greeted by AP,who at first seemed nice.I voiced my opinion and frustrations on the situation.He then informed me that a man came into the dealership the previous morning,expressed interest in the truck and filled out a credit application on it.He then continued to tell me he wasn’t completely sure he wanted it yet because on the test drive that’s when the oil leak was discovered.Said he’d call me back when he knew more.He never called me back,I had to call him and inquire again.He then said they hadn’t diagnosed it yet,but the shop foreman was going to drive it home to see if it’s okay.He told me he would call the man in the morning and figure out if he actually still wanted it and he’d let me know.They were holding the truck for this man because he agreed to numbers,after telling me they don’t hold vehicles.At this time I had a friend inquire online about the truck,they were told by treasure that the vehicle was still available. She then scheduled a test drive.My friend inquired about putting a hold on the truck,which they were then told it’s a first come first serve basis.After a few more text messages exchanged about details we were told again the truck was sold.So at this time we figured we would take matters into our own hands,to try and get to the dealership before the other man to buy the truck.On Sunday we had already booked off work,reserved a rental car and booked a hotel for this trip to go the buy the truck.So we began the 10 hour drive down there at 11pm that Tuesday night like we had already planned for instead of wasting another day with phone calls and booking off more work.The only reason we decided to drive down was because we were continuously told the man wasn’t sure about the truck,that this dealership was first come first serve,and they did not put holds on vehicles.Even after being lied to and told they would hold it if I filled out the credit app.We arrived at the dealership at 8am,saw the truck with no plates,no sold sign and still covered in morning dew because it was never driven home.We then left,checked into the hotel and got ready for the day.We arrived back to the dealership at 10am that Wednesday morning.Spoke to another saleswomen about the truck.She read the notes on the ordeal and quickly went to talk to a manager.She then began frantically running around and disappeared for about 30+ minutes.Enough time to get their stories straight it seems.In the meantime I went to the bathroom and while walking through the hallway I overheard candy asking a finance manager if they had the signed numbers sheet for the truck and if they had actually agreed to numbers.I returned to the table,and she returned and said her manager would speak to us and figure out what to do.He fed us this schpiel about how he feels bad we drove all this way,that his employees should know better,that he will use this for training,etc.But he then told us the truck SOLD officially 2 days prior on Monday morning at 10am before I filled out the credit application.There was no elaborate story about the man not being sure about the truck.It was all an orchestrated lie.He then continued talking up his dealership saying he sells a lot of cars,this is another day for him.He then asked for proof of his employees poor behavior,which I showed him,but he disregarded like he did not care at all.He then said he would try to find me another truck,even ship it to me.But did not listen to me and has made ZERO attempts at following up thus far.I even text him the screenshots of his employees lies via text messages and he still has not acknowledged them.Additionally the truck had 66k miles when it arrived at the dealership and when photos were taken of it.But online it had 68k miles.We drove through the dealer lot the following day on Thursday morning before we left,saw the truck again with no plates on it.After driving all the way back home empty handed we rechecked the carfax and saw the truck officially LEGALLY sold on Wednesday the day we were at the dealership.

My experience was phenomenal with Jessica at Strosnider Chevrolet. From the start when I walked into the building she listened to all of my needs. I have never purchased a new vehicle or financed a vehicle. Other dealers wanted ridiculous money down and wanted ridiculous payments on vehicles I didn't need. #carsfromcompton is the only way you should purchase a vehicle. Treasure putting me with Jessica deserves 5 Stars as well. Thank you to my friends.

If you want a truck go see Jessica Compton! When I say she went above and beyond to get me in a truck.. that is no lie. I came for a used colorado and she got me in a brand new 2023 trail boss for basically the same cost. Her communication was on point threw the process and always there when I needed. 10 out of 10 recommend!

Kyra Vaughn worked with me for almost a month to find the right vehicle within my price range and the options I wanted in a car. She was patient, knowledgable and if she did not know the answer she was quick to find the answer. I appreciated her keeping my best interest in mind. I will highly recommend her to family and friends in the future if on the search for a new or used vehicle. The service department is top notch and everyone gives you a big hello when you walk in the door. Jeremy super friendly and welcoming.

This is my first experience with Strosnider, and it was the best car buying experience I have ever had! Kyra was friendly, professional, and motivated throughout the entire process, and she even brought the car to me!
