Overall great experience. This is the third Honda we have purchased from Pohanka in Fredericksburg and I recommend them to anyone looking to buy a Honda vehicle. Our sales rep Matt was spot on and always had a prompt answer to our questions. The entire process was stress free and in our opinion very timely. In all, we spent about 3 hours start to finish at the dealership and that included the time that Matt spent with us for the set up of all the functions for my wife’s new Pilot. If you want a Honda, this is the place to go!

Bought a 2020 Honda CRV at Pohanka Honda. It was a great experience. My sales consultant Corey Watts was very helpful. There was no pressure, no annoying texts or phone calls. He sent me a few emails about the car I was interested in and that's it. When I was ready to buy, I called and set up an appointment to test drive the car. He answered all my questions and when I decided to buy the car helped me through that process as well. I got a great deal and came away extremely satisfied with the whole experience.

Judaea at Pohanka took great care of me. The process was super easy and convenient. She answered all my questioned and addressed all my concerns. She was very patient and understanding while I was still making my decision. They dropped off the car at my house for a test drive and all the paperwork was ready for me when they arrived. Took like 5 minutes! I almost forgot to mention that the price was the best in the DC/Richmond area. Other dealerships wanted me to come in person and were very pushy about that. Not Judaea. It was all handled via email and text, even the price negotiating. I’ve purchased 3 vehicles here so far and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Actually, the whole experience was great. The sales team was good to work with and were very professional during all of our interactions. Their pricing was better than we could find in RVA, so the distance was well worth it. We got the vehicle we wanted with all the accessories and options that make it "ours". The big surprise was how wonderful the off-site delivery service was, it just showed up at our door with more friendly folks showing us all the bells and whistles to get us going in style and safety. I would highly recommend the Pohanka Honda of Fredericksburg to anyone looking for a new Honda. Enjoy!

I love this dealership. We purchased my husband's car last year and came back a few weeks ago because it was such a great experience. Everyone one we came across was attentive and willing to help. I can't say enough good things about Don, he was the main reason I came back. He treated us like family. He is patient, kind, and very informative. Most sales people that I have dealt with in the past were very pushy, not at Pohanka Fredericksburg. On my last visit I met Brian who took us on the test drive, while Don finished up with another client. Brian was awesome, and showed us all the great features of the car. Kelly in finance was delightful. This is the best dealership, hands down!

I previously owned a Honda and always had good experiences with Pohanka's service department. When I shopped around for a new 2020 Civic Si I went to Pohanka and Viviana Ortiz was our sales person. I came in during the evening in October 2019 looking for a new vehicle. I was seen immediately by Nigel, who was incredibly helpful and super down to earth! He knew immediately what I was looking for, and not only did we find the car I wanted but my trade-in with my old car went smoothly without a hitch as well; I absolutely recommend seeing Nigel if you plan on stopping by. As far as the money part, I was seen by Kelly in the finance department, and she was equally as helpful and very thorough and quick with the paperwork; I was in and out very quickly, and from the time I arrived there, appraised my old vehicle, test drove my new vehicle and signed all the paperwork, it was only four hours, which is the quickest turnaround I’ve ever had the pleasure of experiencing when purchasing a car. Overall, the people here are friendly and the experience I had shopping for my new car was unparalleled. I will be recommending this dealership to my friends and family whenever they decide to go car shopping!
