Tommy Manuel was very helpful and knowledgeable during the selection and buying process. I would recommend him to others as well. The team has been good to try to help get additional options completed on the truck prior to my pick up. I am looking forward to picking it up tomorrow should all stay on track.

Phillip was very professional, asked questions to find what our specifics needs and wants were, then researched what vehicle type best met our criteria, then called when he found one he thought we would be interested in. We asked all kind of questions which he answered with great knowledge. He then walked us through the entire process seamlessly. We couldn't have asked for an easier, friendly transaction. Everyone was so helpful and courteous. We test drove several vehicles. We went from Chevrolet to Ford to Subaru to Kia and each time the salesperson assisting us made sure to get in touch with the next salesperson before we arrived on the lot so that they could be ready to assist us. That teamwork was excellent! We decided on purchasing the Ford Edge and Chad was great to work with. He showed us all of the features on the Edge and set up Bluetooth.

They lied to me about the condition of the vehicle

I talked extensively to 2 of their salespeople about a vehicle I was interested in. I live 220 miles from the dealership and asked both of them extensively about the condition of the car so I would not have any surprises if I drived all the way there. I went through the financing step and got pre-approved and they promised me an agreed upon amount for my trade. When we got there the vehicle had many issues that were not disclosed to me. Seats were damaged, back bumper had gouges in it, one of the wheels was damaged and lots of chips in the paint. Both these sales people told me over the phone there was nothing wrong with the vehicle and that it was in excellent shape. They lied!!!! They also were charging me an extra $500 to certify the car but when I checked the vehicle thoroughly I find the windshield wipers were bad (suppose to be replaced when it goes through certification) so I doubt they did what they were suppose to. This fraud I will talk to Ford about as well. Talked to general manager because I was very upset and he told me I had a right to be upset and that he would make it right. Unfortunately they did nothing except they offered me a tank of gas for my trouble. I never take the time to leave reviews but this was so blatant how they misled me just to get me out there, I had to do something. Me and my family wasted 9 1/2 hours which is not right. I will be complaining to Ford motor company and anwhere else I can find to file a complaint.
