    Although the pricing was rather expensive for repairs, Tom was wonderful to deal with. An absolute delight!! He was incredibly kind & went out of his way to ensure I stayed informed about the status of my vehicle, even throughout the holidays. I greatly appreciate his kindness & being kept informed on the progress. Tom is absolutely amazing to deal with!!

    We were traveling north and had issues with our truck. They opened up their schedule for us Kept us updated on progress. Fixed the problem and drove the truck 3x’s to make sure the problem was fixed Tiffany the service manager and Chris the line manager that actually drove the truck were great and never once felt that we were a burden

  • I would never deal with this business ever again

    Will not back the warranty that they give on a brand new vehicle, customer service manager did not want to do her job, this place has a horribly high turnover rate. I have never dealt with someone so unprofessional and rude at such a “high” job. She wants you to beg her, we were told we have to say” I want you to please help me or I will not help you”. Are we her dogs that she is training to beg ? I bet the public would like to her that recording penalty screening purposes ?
    • Kevin, after the service manager went over the process and said that they would reach out to the manufacturer, you then proceeded to threaten that you would start bashing the dealership and service center all over social media because you weren't getting what you wanted.     Tommy Manuel was very helpful and knowledgeable during the selection and buying process. I would recommend him to others as well. The team has been good to try to help get additional options completed on the truck prior to my pick up. I am looking forward to picking it up tomorrow should all stay on track.

    I got a notice of a recall due to a rear suspension issue. I called Shelor the next day and was able to get scheduled within a few days. Service was completed as expected and in less time than expected including adding a front end alignment, which was recommended but not required. Even though the cost was below what I had authorized in advance (for the front end alignment, the recall was no charge), the service agent called to confirm I wanted the additional service before starting the work.

    We were looking for a Ford. Randy, from Shelor, came to our rescue. He listened to what we wanted and we fell in love with the first car he pulled for us. We had a great experience and because we bought from Shelor we got lots of coupons to use at their service center. We love our new SUV.
