Fixed the problem and drove the truck 3x’s to make sure the problem was fixed Tiffany the service manager and Chris… the line manager that actually drove the truck were great and never once felt that we were a burdenFred, we're so glad to hear that Tiffany and Chris provided such excellent service during your visit at Motor Mile Ford. I would never deal with this business ever again
by Service managers need replaced on 12/10/2024updated 12/17/2024Will not back the warranty that they give on a brand new vehicle, customer service manager did not want to do her job, this place has a horribly high turnover rate. I have never dealt with someone so unprofessional and rude at such a… “high” job. She wants you to beg her, we were told we have to say” I want you to please help me or I will not help you”. Are we her dogs that she is training to beg ? I bet the public would like to her that recording penalty screening purposes ?Kevin, after the service manager went over the process and said that they would reach out to the manufacturer, you then proceeded to threaten that you would start bashing the dealership and service center all over social media because you weren't getting what you wanted. by ExplorerMom on 08/01/2019I got a notice of a recall due to a rear suspension issue. I called Shelor the next day and was able to get scheduled within a few days. Service was completed as expected and in less time than expected including adding a front end… alignment, which was recommended but not required. Even though the cost was below what I had authorized in advance (for the front end alignment, the recall was no charge), the service agent called to confirm I wanted the additional service before starting the work.Randy is awesome!
