I made the switch from Toyota to Honda and became excited about the brand when I test drove some cars. Aside from the brand's exceptional quality in both safety and tech features, Tyson was absolutely incredible to work with. His communication was outstanding, and I was impressed by his knowledge, genuine demeanor, and transparency throughout the entire process. I appreciated the time Tyson took to show me around the dealership, including the service department, which solidified even more that I was in good hands with both Tyson and at Honda of Chantilly. Tyson answered my questions quickly and accurately, and it was clear to me that he and his colleagues hold high standards in terms of professionalism, customer service, transparency, and communication. I felt a solid level of trust from the moment I walked in, through the negotiation process, to the moment I walked out, all thanks to Tyson. Thank you, Tyson, for an amazing experience!
Satisfied New Honda CR-V Buyer!

After 13 years with my previous Honda CR-V, it was time for a new one. I came in to inquire about the 2020 Honda CR-Vs and that's when I learned about the hybrid option. They were not yet ready however, so I exchanged emails with Daniel Ing and he kept me updated on the latest developments. He texted me as soon as the first batch came in. I came in the next day, but it wasn't the class, color or budget I wanted. To my surprise he called me a week later and got in the exact car I wanted. I came in that night after work and he worked with me until after closing to make sure I understand all the new features, and all my options for financing. I walked away with a car that night.

Vehicle purchase with JL Lim

JL Lim asked me what purpose I would use in choosing a vehicle and suggested a vehicle I needed. It also ensures that there is no problem in purchasing the vehicle. Based on accurate knowledge of the vehicle, he also explained the advantages of the test drive and what other customers were uncomfortable with. Thanks to JL Lim, I bought a good car. If I ask him about the vehicle, I think he will kindly answer it.

Excellent Sales Reps

I was in discussion with one their sales reps Ms. Krista Hall. Krista was very courteous and professional with every step of the process. She was very upfront with the price and offers that came along including finance. I had an wonderful experience during all my discussions because of the transparency that was displayed in the details of the buying process. She followed up with me even after 2 months when I had to put the purchase on temporary hold. To that extent very diligent and thorough. That helped me a lot to continue to work with her. However, I would have preferred some room for negotiations either in terms of price reduction or free maintenance for 2 years, or a small fee waiver for switching loyalty from another car manufacturer that I had driven for 20 years, or extended warranty. I must say that she tried her best but there wasn't any room for even a minor negotiation despite my long wait for them to come up with something. The dealership has policies that would not allow her to go beyond what was initially offered. There were other Honda dealerships that were able to provide a small room for negotiation. I purchased with another dealer. I hope the dealership would revisit their strategy for negotiations and arm their sales reps with small and just enough negotiating room that could be the tipping point between a deal or no deal.

Best car shopping experience!

My sales agent was Brady Davidson and he was a rock star! His knowledge of the CR-V Touring was astounding - he answered all my questions with easy to understand instructions, spent time helping me set up the controls and shared a lot of extra info with me. He was pleasant, courteous and attentive. He also showed me around the facility including the service area and I spoke with one of the service agents. I will be sure to recommend Brady to anyone I know that's buying a Honda. I also was impressed with my finance guy - Bob (sorry forgot last name). He made the whole financing process easy-peasy. He explained various options but there was no heavy-handed pushing me to go one way or the other. The entire process from arriving for my appointment with Brady to driving off the lot in my new vehicle was efficient and a total of 3.5 hours (a bit of extra time to do take care of options I selected). I tend to be a very loyal customer - I previously purchased 5 vehicles at another local Honda dealer but became very disenchanted with their sales and service department. That's why I did my research and decided to come to Chantilly Honda and I definitely made the right choice. And my CR-V Touring is beautiful!!!

The service I received from Farvez Chowdhury was nothing short of exceptional. He took the time to explain everything the mechanic found during the pre-purchase inspection of a used car that I was going to purchase from a private owner. I felt Farvez was honest and trustworthy which something that seems to be rare and hard to come by these days. He is definitely an asset to the Honda of Chantilly Service Department.

Best Advistor and Service for Years!

Honda of Chantilly is the only place I'll take my cars. They have been providing great and trustworthy service for both my Pilot and Accord since opening up many years ago. Katie Hensley is the best advisor that I have seen. I wait for her to be on duty before bringing any of my cars in for service. Her trustworthy experience and ability to properly advise me of current and future repairs is the main reason I continue to use them, as well as their mechanic's continued know-how and ability to fix my cars. I highly recommend them!

Krista Hall is great!

Through an auto buying service I was contacted by Krista. I hadn't emailed or returned her call because I was already working with a salesperson at another dealer. Krista was very respectful in her calls but also gently persistent. I was eventually able to call her back and explained my situation. I told her if my current conversation at the other dealer didn't work out, I would be talking to her the next day. It seemed to me that Krista was not simply trying to sell a car but establish a relationship. Although I didn't purchase a car from Krista this time, she will be my first call the next time I'm in the market.
