Great vehicle set up, explanation of features, and test drive by our sales rep Sam. We purchased our vehicle from out of state and although we asked twice for a written breakdown of all costs in advance, never got one. As a result, when sitting down in person to finalize the deal, the price was higher than we had agreed upon. We were, however, able to get the price originally discussed (told it was a mistake). Excellent follow through by Kylee in getting paperwork and sales tax data sent to our state. Love the car!

Karl Malone Toyota is awesome! A huge shout out to Arkan our main salesperson who truly values his customers and is able to give the best deals!! He’s the one we always seek out when buying from Karl Maone Toyota. Choi was also great with helping during the test drive and paperwork. Definitely very satisfied with my new Highlander XLE and the service received from these salespeople!!

Gustavo was very attentive and a fantastic service advisor to work with. He was quick to stay in touch and correctly estimated both the time and cost for the repair (brakes and rotors). Staffing must have been great because the work was done in less than half a day! Thank you for the great experience!

My sales associate was Choi, who was absolutely amazing. My tundra did not arrive for two months however he was in constant communication with me throughout the process. I text him on his personal number during his off time and he always responded in a punctual manner. Karl Malone Toyota is the place to go and Choi is the sales person to talk with.
