Was very pleased to get our 2008 Toyota Tacoma truck we bought in dec 2018 the staff was helpful and knew we drove over 400 miles to come see it after we were looking on the internet for several months thank you and we are still in love with our truck

Went in to look at a Honda. Treva helped us out. She was really friendly and knowledgeable. There was no hassle or trying to up-sell us. The whole process was very quick and went smoothly. Would definitely recommend.

Buyer Beware

Frustrating buying from a dealer a vehicle that they sell as reliable and having to pay for costly repairs with only having purchased the vehicle in February and having only put 3,000 miles on it. Alternator went out, tires went bad (tires from 2010), AC went out, and just replaced the rear calipers that have been seized for who knows how long. Not very fun paying for a vehicle and on top of the payment, paying for expensive repairs. Buyer Beware! Take it to an independent mechanic for inspection even if they show you paperwork stating it has been inspected. Take out extra money on your loan to cover repairs or take out extra for a warranty cause you will need it.

I am very impressed with Affinity Auto and we love our 2012 Honda Pilot. They went out of their way to make sure we were happy and taken care of. I rarely leave reviews but these guys deserve your business. It's hard to find someone to trust especially when investing in a used car. We were taken care of all the way through the process and especially after, where most other dealers would have left me to deal with it on my own. They went above and beyond. They really care about having a happy customer! I highly recommend Affinity Auto, Alec took great care of us. I will tell my friends and family to buy their next car here for sure.

This was the easiest low pressure car buying experience I've had. The truck I bought started making brake noises while driving home they took care of it with no argument. I would and have recommended them to purchase your next vehicle from.

my experience buying a car at affinity was actually very pleasant, all of the people who were working that day were super kind & the car was EXACTLY what i was looking for!! we had some problems with my social security number however & had to stay there a little longer than planned but they were so calm & genuine the entire time and the owner kept my waiting family entertained the whole time haha i’ve been driving my car for a couple weeks now and have loved every second of it and have had no problems :)

Car buying experience made easy

I will be short, they made it easy to look with not a lot of pressure. The sales guys were looking for my needs not doing everything they could to make a sale. there selection is limited but you know their price range they do not go much lower then what is on the car. That is a bonus for me I do not like having to haggle. Give them a try.

It was a very enjoyable experience to work with the staff ! Jessica was amazing and made you feel at home. In fact everyone there is top notch ! Very polite , kind , helpful and courteous. I highly recommend Affinity ! As stated in the title they go beyond to be there for you . You never felt pressured in any way. I love my Honda Pilot! When I showed up to finalize the paperwork the receptionist greeted me by my first name and said that Jessica’ had everything ready . The pilot was cleaned and shiny like a new penny! Very happy and very impressed with everyone contributing to meet and exceed a customer’s needs! Thank you!! Jim

My wife and I decided to replace our family car We went directly to Affinity Auto because we have purchased a car there before. The sales team was not overbearing, very professional, and took the time to get to know us and our kids. They listened to our needs and provided several options for us to look at. We were able to test drive the cars within minutes of walking in the door. The sales team was not pushy and allowed us to make our own decision. I would highly recommend them!

Affinity was great to work with. The sales staff was very helpful without being pushy and they helped us find the perfect car for our needs (even if it took us a long time to find the best option). I've referred family there with similar positive experiences. Their service department has worked on both of my vehicles with great results.

We worked with Alec in the purchase of our Tundra, living out of state we had to make sure that what he was telling us was correct. Trusting his overview and condition of the vehicle, purchased a one-way airline ticket and flew out. The vehicle was ready, clean, and as he stated-in great condition. No More Dread

I usually dread car shopping because of the intense pressure dealers usually put on people. However, my recent purchase at Affinity was exactly opposite from past experiences. Jessica was so patient, didn't hover and worked through all of my questions as they came up. When I called the next day, Devon was extremely kind in answering all of my follow-up questions since Jessica was out of the office. Buying a car is stressful but the staff at Affinity make it a lot easier. Thank you, Affinity.

On August 13, 2018 My wife and I purchased our first vehicle, a 2011 Honda CRV from Affinity Auto. I have known of Affinity since 2004 when they were at their first location. I needed a vehicle to replace my aging one. When I went to the lot to look and saw a Honda I was interested in I went into find someone and was greeted by Jessica. She took a copy of my License and and gave me the keys and I test drove a couple of vehicles. Later that day I brought my wife to the dealership to negotiate a purchase. We were helped by Jessica the entire time. We were to made to feel completely at ease and did not feel pressured or hurried. Jessica was willing to work with us and we completed the transaction. It was late in the day and Jessica gave us a $10.00 Certificate to get lunch while the vehicle was prepped for the sale. When we came back to finalize the paperwork I discovered the vehicle was delivered with a full tank of gas. My wife commented that she would feel comfortable dealing with Jessica by herself. That says a lot about great Jessica is to work with. I highly recommend her if you are in the market for a vehicle.

Affinity Auto is not only a good place to buy cars but the only place that I will continually buy cars from. I have had car purchased from dealerships all around the country and I have never been fully satisfied with any car purchase outside of Affinity Auto. They have an honest staff and they have fair pricing. Of the 10 cars I have purchased at dealerships the last 3 have been from here and the future of my car purchases will also be at Affinity. They will work with you all day to make sure you get the right vehicle, even if you don't have a clue what it is that you want. I would point out what staff members are the best to work with at this point but they really don't have any bad staff. They are all like a family in that store and they treat you like family as well. We LOVE Affinity Auto!

We had a wonderful experience purchasing a Toyota Highlander from Affinity auto sales. We have watched their inventory closely and have always been surprised by the low miles and reasonable prices of there cars. Jessica was very helpful and walked us through the whole process, even taking the time to stay after hours to finish the paperwork. I really appreciated that we could test drive a vehicle without having to take a salesperson along. That made it very comfortable for my husband and I to really discuss the purchase and go through the car thoroughly. The owner even check in on us to say how he has driven this car personally and how much he had enjoyed it. Thank-you so much for the pleasant experience and I am sure that this will not be our last purchase from Affinity Auto.

Amazing Customer Service, Reliable and Honest pricing

I am amazed that I found a dealership that works so hard to answer all our questions and one that is honest. Everyone was friendly and helpful with very low pressure. Treva made me feel welcomed and was great to work with. It felt like she actually wanted to find us the right car. I’d recommend this place to all my friends and family buying a car to come here.

A few years ago, I got a great deal on a car from Affinity. The sales team was great, and the pricing is excellent. When it came time to buy another, I shopped around a bit, but found amazing deals at Affinity again. I went back. And once again, I found the best deal. The sales person was great. I think he actually wanted to find me the best investment. He great at responding via text and when it came time to buy, he all had everything organized and ready to go. Seriously this place is excellent and I highly recommend them.
