It was close to the worst car shopping experience I have ever had. The salesperson was okay, therefore I purchased the car as I would not have wasted his time. The sales manager, the finance and even the beverage bar were below expectation. Reported the experience to the General Manager’s follow up e-mail, no response.

They always do great work

I love coming to the dealership because they always do a great job on my car. The only issue is they take forever to work on my car, so I’ll always be there 3-4 hours. My appointment time was at 2, and I left around 5:30. Just be prepared to wait

Thankfully, I was informed when making the appointment that it could take up to 4 hrs. So I came prepared to wait. Douglas kept me updated along the way. Douglas upsold me on an oil change package. After the 12 point inspection, Douglas explained the services that I needed and gave me a time-frame in which it could be completed. After 3.5 hrs, I was leaving with a freshly washed SUV. Douglas was great in assisting me today.

45k mileage package

I was made to understand that part of said package is tire pressure check. It was not done. I am 100% sure of that coz prior to the shop i made a check tire presure via my dashboard. After the service the pressure of the 4 wheels were the same. The only change that happen was the transfer of two pressures from front to rear coz they did the tire rotation.

I found a used car online, then went to the dealership which was near to see it and test drive. The sales person was knowledgeable and generous with her time, even coming in on her day off. I bought the car. The closing and finance went perfectly. All in a couple of hours, I just drove off in my new used car. An easy, unpressured experience.

I am not even sure if my oil was actually changed 😕 I checked it when I got home because the technician did not place a new sticker 🙃 and the setting for the vehicle was not reset. I know that I paid for an oil 🛢 change

Honest, efficient, courteous, & excellent service

Taking my Leaf in for a computer module reprogramming recall, I had the pleasure of meeting Angel. He was reassuringly honest about the wait timeframe, and he kept me updated throughout the process. The customer waiting area was very spacious, comfortable seating, lots of tables and benches with power ports, WiFi that was free and fast enough to stream at 4K on my tablet, and well stocked with snacks and drinks.

I arrived to get my car serviced without an appointment and knew I would have to wait. I was assisted as soon as I arrived and received excellent customer service. The wait was a bit long; however, I was informed at the time of arrival which was at 7:30 am. I was out within the time frame estimated which was excellent. My service advisor was Annan and I will continue working with her as long as I have my vehicle!

I can say in my years of owning cars, Nissan Sterling McCall in Stafford, Texas, is the best in town. I came without an appointment because my starter and battery was having issues and Kevin Ramos, was very patient and set expectations and I knew I would probably would have to come on Monday to pick up my car. Well, I was wrong. They serviced my car the same day and I was able to roll out in 2 hours. I appreciate the care and detail this dealership gives their customers. Professional and courteous all the time.

The overall service was excellent. Nikita was very helpful. Kevin, on the other hand was too absorbed in his personal phone call to speak with me or present me with the correct invoice. It should not, however, take 2 hours for routine oil change and tire rotation.
