Great experience with Ryan Ford in the purchase of our Ford Explorer. After requesting trade-in estimate online, we received a prompt follow-up call from sales manager. He was courteous and provided honest feedback on our trade-in vehicle and value. We purchased from salesman Mark 'Coach' Rios who was amazing. Extremely helpful throughout the sales process explaining financing options available to us. Received prompt follow-up inquiry from Coach after the sale checking if we had any questions or concerns about the vehicle. Overall, great experience at Ryan Ford!!!

The Perfect Truck

An Awesome Dealership Experience

Car dealerships get a bad reputation for a reason and always seem to be pushing numbers rather than helping customers. At Ryan Ford I felt like I was a customer rather than just a number. I walked in to do some pre-shopping and was still treated like I was an important customer. Logan assured me that if they didn't have what I was looking for they could order one for me or get one here asap. A few days later my salesman Logan sent me an email to touch base and I told him I would be coming by the next Saturday to possibly buy and he sent aside some time to meet with me. He was very patient and kind as I test drove several vehicles. We did have to wait a while for a financing guy to come available. While we waited Logan took me out and taught me how to drive manual as I was going to be buying a manual car and didn't know how to drive one yet. After I had gotten comfortable with it we came back in and were introduced to Colton who would be handling our financing. Colton was polite, quick, and knowledgeable. Logan was patient, entertaining, and courteous At no point in this process did I feel pressured to buy a vehicle. Nor was there an attempt to upsell me on a higher priced model. Logan and Colton were both an absolute pleasure to work with and I would not hesitate to buy here again. Thanks for making my first car buying experience a great one.

Awesome dealership

It is difficult and stressful buying a car/truck, especially when you get treated poorly. I went to a "closer" dealer to my home and got the typical car sales attitude and felt pressured immediately, but then I went out to Ryan Ford and dealt with a wonderful salesperson, Michael Williams, that did not press and genuinely cared that i looked at and got the vehicle (truck) that "I" wanted. And the finance person, Hernan, that worked with me made and it could not have happened without his help. Great dealership, friendly people, and not the typical experience you would get buying a car.

Great sale from a salesman that WORKS for you!

Steve Fox did a great job. Professional from the start. I visited several dealers, and Steve was the ONLY one who called me back. He was genuinely concerned about finding me a truck....Even when they didn't have one on their own lot! I was shocked that the other dealers only wanted to write an order on a car they had in stock. Steve heard my list of wants for a new F150 and hunted one down for me. Paperwork was painless and easy. I will only recommend Ryan Ford in Sealy to my friends & family.

The Way Online Car Shopping Should Be

Jean reached out to me after an inquiry on a truck I saw listed on a third party site. From the start, he was very friendly, responsive and professional. Never pushy, never manipulative. Kale later stepped in to handle the paperwork and lending documents and gave the same quality service. We made a deal on a used truck, with a trade in, with no hassle. I was 250+ miles from the dealership and we were able to do things smoothly through email , a couple of phone calls, and overnight shipped papers. The entire process was exactly what I was looking for in internet shopping for a vehicle. Free delivery within a quite generous area was also a big selling point.

All of the staff at Ryan Ford were very friendly and eager to help me. One sales man Steve Fox, went out of his way to get me the best deal and to walk me through the process. From the company's wonderful vehicles and great customer service I would recommend them to everyone looking to be treated as a person and not just a dollar sign. Their goal is customer satisfaction and it shows. I'm never going any where else to buy my vehicles. Thanks for all you do.

Dealership had a lot of options but nothing i was really interested in. Salesmen: Derrick was a very knowledgeable bright young man. Answered all my questions and actually had a great time looking at cars with him. Will definetly be coming back in the future.

Amazing buying experience

I purchased an F-150 from Ryan Ford and my buying experience was nothing short of amazing. When I first visited the Ford website and entered my desired vehicle and options I was contacted within the next few hours by Steve Fox regarding their inventory. He had the exact vehicle that I was searching for and he immediately set a time for me to come in to see it. Steve was pleasant and did not have that high pressure sales presence. I visited the dealership the next day and the vehicle was ready for a test drive. The amazing part is that he let me take the vehicle home so my wife could see and drive it was well. I ended up choosing a different vehicle which Steve again allowed me to take home. When I was delayed in returning the vehicle that night he offered to let me keep it overnight. Even though I returned it his offer was another example of excellent customer service. The financing process was easy and drive out process was simple. I usually dread the car buying experience but my experience at Ryan Ford has changed my paradigm. They were great and I would definitely recommend others to this dealership. I am a loyal customer when I am in the market for a Ford.

Another Fantastic Car Buying Experience

Today We purchased our 5th vehicle from Mark Jones @ Ryan Ford. We purchase all of our vehicles as well as service them all here because of the customer service. Walking in your instantly greeted with a happy smile and warm welcoming family atmosphere. All of the personnel here are awesome but we're partial to Mr. Mark Jones. He is always there for you and willing to go the extra mile all while respecting your personal time/space. He's a great a guy and an asset to the team as a whole. I love this dealership... I have bought many new cars from other dealerships and felt uncomfortable and a little pushed my the salesmen there... My salesman was Westley McKeehan and I have never been more comfortable in my life... He listen to everything I told him and didn't push me into things I didn't want. He was in contact with me through out the day letting me know where they were at with financing and he is very knowledgeable..He explained everything I needed to know and more... Financing can perform miracles... They got me the most amazing deal on my new car... They have my business for life...

I have bought two new Ford vehicles from Ty and Ryan Ford, and I wouldn't go anywhere else! Everything is presented up front without any games.
