Damage to seat during service!

Dropped off my F150 and then our mustang. The drivers side seat had 2 punctures that appeared to be from a screwdriver left in a back pocket. They said nothing about it! When it was picked up we did not see it at first. We dropped it off at home and went out of town. When we returned the leather had rolled and the damage was evident.

I used my FordPass app on the phone to schedule this appointment. The response was almost immediate. The morning of the scheduled appointment when smooth as silk. The dealership answered my questions and let me know how long it would be to get the work done. Right on schedule I got my truck back the next morning sooner than they had said.

Pegues Hurst is the best Ford Dealership in Texas. I had an issue with my 2018 Sync System. Pegues Hurst diagnosed the problem in hours not days. They got my car back to me to drive while the part to repair it was ordered. The part arrived on time and my car was immediately brought back for the repair. The actual repair was done in about an hour not days again. Sync the award wining link between driver and truck works perfectly now and should for years to come. Thank you Pegues Hurst for your outstanding service you provide all Ford product owners. Special thanks to Larry in service department that handled my truck repair.

No marching bands, no balloons,no honey all over my face. But plane good business. No hidden fees, nice and hassle free environment. Relaxed ans time to make a decision. The young sales person knew what he is talking about, he knows his vehicles. Me a Focus SE white and 2 tone interior. he OK lets see.....No surprices. The only thing that I find a little strange was after all that back and for with buying a car, on the final steps, car has dealer # on it was cleaned key in it, then the fiance lady drops the bomb with an extra warranty for 1800 Dollar. I don't know about you but that takes a bite out of the financing that some wanna now before signing the contract. Therefore 1 star less. Yes I would recommend to a friend but make him aware that there comes a big bite right at the end.
